    In this 5 part series for “Realtime Digital Double”, Sefki Ibrahim shares his tips and tricks on how to take advantage of Character Creator and Texturing.xyz multi-channel face textures to create a real-time character (Ed Harris), and animate Ed's face and body easily in Unreal Engine.
    Sefki documents his very first hair card attempt in this video. From generating the hair textures to individually placing each card on the character’s scalp in Maya. Following this, he then demonstrates how he adds the textures to the hair material in Character Creator to achieve a realistic look.

    You've made my day, i was looking everywhere how to build the hair cards with the hair texture on it, this is the first video i found that shows this technique, good job and thank you! :)

    Many Thanks for sharing your hair pipeline. Didn't realize the kind of effort that goes into making hair. Wish hair generation was a part of CC-HeadShot-SkinGen.

    Only watched a few minutes so far and I love it so far! I find Xgen so finicky to generate hair cards with so love this method, will definitely be using it for a character I am currently working on :D

    It would be very cool to create a hair creation tool. This will solve the biggest problem facing triple content makers. I hope this topic gets your attention. Thank you

      Would definitly speed up things. Also, shouldnt be to hard to implement, i saw some addons in unity, that did the same thing, sadly they are depriciated.

    Way over my head (excuse the pun) I could never afford all the software needed or have the skill to make something like this.

      @@kassiag7579 I saw your tutorial series and is amazing. I learn a lot but don't useful for game ready hair character. You don't explains how to convert the particle hair system into a mesh for export. Sorry, but doesn't work for games.

    modeling hair with cards is a pain, best results, but its really hard
