Did a few if those timing chain/ gears/ guide replacements, while the motor was in the car. Just a day at work back then, kind of a pain, but not bad.

is your tensioner a Genuine Mercedes Benz part or the Febi Brand?

Did you put new helicoil for the cylinder head bolts?
