The video shows our T1 maize grits making machine. This machine can produce three finished products, maize grits, maize small grits and maize flour.
In the video we can see that we need to first place the corn kernels inside the hopper against the back. This is to first remove the skins from the kernels.
Afterwards we need to put the peeled kernels in another hopper. This way the peeled kernels are processed into maize grits and maize flour.
This model of grits machine does not allow the peeling and grits making sections to work simultaneously. It needs to be peeled first before the grits. We have other models that can peel and grits at the same time.
