First dont import indian mills... They are made of very thin(2mm) gauge cast sheets hence they start breaking around the bearing housing. Go for local made with 4mm gauge steel that will last ages Second italian branded single phase motors are so disappointing... They go kaput like nonsense .... Go for the blue ex-uk Thirdly your motor pulley should be atleast twice the size of mill pulley for faster operation concerving electricity and also less load to the motor. Fourth the motor should be at least 3 feet away from the mill like you've done for less stress on the bearing housing. Lastly, try butterfly posho teeth, not normal straight ones. They'll do you wonders when it gets to speed... Thanks so much
