Bringing It All Back Home was the first Dylan album i bought 40 years ago, and is still my favourite.
It opens up with Subterranean Homesick Blues and it contains some of Dylan's best tracks.

I remember blasting subterranean homesick blues from a wore out cassette tape driving a 73 chev truck down our dirt road back in the 90's. Just the last couple weeks I've enjoyed pulling in to work blasting it from cd. Talk about a song. This one don't die.

Go ASAP and see him. Get into his newer records first, go with NO expectations, and you will experience the best American art had to offer. I've seen him many times since 2002. This last tour with rough and rowdy ways was the best I have ever heard him vocally. I love him every time but this last show was special, intimate, and way more melodic with his voice than I've ever heard live. GO SEE HIM!!!! brush up on the records from oh mercy to rough and rowdy ways. I still think love and theft is my all time favorite Dylan record.

I've been aware of this song for a long time and always loved the wordplay but something happened recently. I heard it and it knocked me right on my ass. Absolute genius. I listen to it regularly now.
