I don’t know what level of insanity I am suffering from, or why a random dude pouring concrete in his back yard is so satisfying to watch, but I watched all 5 of your concrete videos last night and now this!!!! 🎉 Seriously I have no idea why your video was recommended to me but after the first one I went and watched all the others lol. Good stuff.
You will be so happy with yourself with the smooth finish. Especially when pushing floor jacks and other, heavier tool boxes, etc. around in your garage.
Each time you put one of these vids up I keep thinking how much I really want to skip a few projects to start my driveway extension myself! Looking good!
Hey there Jeff Happy Sunday, hey it's coming along great, it looks good bro. Hey in one of your slabs/pours You have to put Mrs.Lunas paw prints in and the date. That would be a wonderful time piece, plus it's Beautiful Congratulations so far on your concrete slab for your future Garage Be safe my friend
I’m really impressed to see your progress, keep the motivation going. I know how hard it is to mix and pour concrete by yourself, especially when it’s hot out… Shade please more shade… slab looks real nice too… 👍
I really enjoy seeing your project come together. I have plans on getting my own HF mixer soon. Don't know yet what I'll start on. Either a bball court or a camper pad.
Jeff it looks awesome ! Curious question, how much would you have to pay per yard for concrete delivered and poured into forms you built yourself ? I realize that price depends on area someone is in but what are the cost for you there and also how much does a yard cost for you making it yourself ? I know you have the expense of your mixer but excluding that just your material cost per yard . Thanks for sharing your progress. 👍👍
@@bmoore3199 haven’t even looked at prices to get delivered since it’s not really an option for me. Can’t get a concrete truck close, and that would be a lot more work for one person at one time. To make a yard myself it cost about $200 even. Thanks for watching!
Hi, Jeff. I enjoy your content and look forward to every new video. I’m new to Pittsburgh and looking to do some work on a house I’m buying. How may I contact you directly?
@@BigRoofBigSnow Thank you for watching, glad you enjoy! Would love to do some work for you but to be 100% honest, the only work I like to do for customers is brick and stone work. My business is Prograde Masonry if you want to look me up. Or you can send me a Direct message on Instagram @jeff_deshong and I could send you my number. I just try to keep my number off TH-cam if I can. I already get so many spam calls lol.

GREAT JOB! Just got a mud mixer myself pouring pads and walkways around my house and garage. The driveway will be next..
You're probably never going to want to move and leave that pad that you've poured so much work into. Great job! 👍
Looking great & keep the vids coming!

Awesome and inspiring how you are pushing through 🎉🎉
YOU ARE DOING REALLY GOOD JOB!! WILL YOU DO THE CARPENTER JOB FOR YOUR GARAGE? It is cheaper doing the concrete job by your self? Thanks for the video

Nice job man! How much do you spend on materials for each pad?

Good Job .. Keep going.
You probably have to build a retaining wall on that side by the hill, it will eventually slide up against your garage.
