- After being on Instagram for about 5 years with nearly 10,000 followers in attempt to market my small hand embroidery business I decided it was high time to quit! If you missed last weeks video where I shared the reasons that led me to the point of leaving you'll want to watch it first, you can find it here: • Instagram Sucks for Sm...

I am in the process of starting my small business etsy shop and have been feeling down thinking about how to market on IG and TikTok even though i dont use those platforms. But hearing your story makes me feel so validated and i love pinterest and have always used it as an inspo search engine so i feel like it will be perfect for me. I can't wait to see your video on how you do Pinterest! New sub :)
Aw welcome : ) yes I love Pinterest for my own personal use too! I’m eager to share and track the journey and share how it actually effects the sales of my Etsy shop!
Good for you for recognizing you needed a positive change. Hopping over to your Pinterest account now! You inspired me to make my first house portrait. Thank you!
Aw yay, that’s so exciting! 🥰 Stitching homes is my favorite! 🏡
Hmm, regarding Pinterest, is it advisable to upload a photo instead of just clicking the Pinterest icon in your website that saves it in a board? Thank you..
You can do it that way, however of the videos I’ve watched most of the Pinterest gurus recommend manually creating pins in the photo ratio that Pinterest likes. However, I have seen others do a happy mix of both- some manually catered to the ratio and others just created by the click of a button on your website!
@@saintrogersstreet ahh I see, thank you for the info!
So do you sell on Etsy still?
Yep!
