  • Bibimbap is a tasty Korean rice dish, meaning “mixed rice”, that mixes rice with different toppings like vegetables, beef, and a spicy sauce. It’s great for using up leftovers and can be made in many ways.

Could you add measurements in how much sauce/spices to put in especially for the bulgogi? Love your channel! A new subscriber because of this recipe and the cool minced garlic one

I’m on a low carb diet. So, I eat about 1/2cup or less of white rice now. Bibimbap always makes me full because for whatever magic, it actually doubles in size for some weird reason. 😂

because other than focussing on carbs in the diet, you should focus on other things like fibre. Bibimbap is packed with high fibre vegetable that will keep you satiated.

@@oliviayi may I ask what other kinds of veggies can I use for that dish? My brothers made it some other kinds of flavors as Asian bamboo shoots lettuce or cabbage onions and garlics and maybe spinach and others I lost track of what exact ingredients they used and that I can try Korean original foods taste buds so I don't make my own or other people's dishes as say Korean Hmong dish if you know what I mean about not wanting to copying your culture foods to make it famous for my people but to my own family in cases I might have to do the home chores as I learned and heard and observed that it usually and supposedly to be women's job as the housewives and mother to taken care of those duties but I wanna try it out for myself so I don't make my future wife misthink I don't loved or cared or missed or even bothered to making her feel that I don't showed that to her in the future of my life idk when I might be marry but wanna try things in cases if future of we don't know what and how things gonna be

How do you keep all the components hot while you’re cooking the other elements? That’s my only issue when making this

This is wonderful and I wish I could make it, but there are no measurements. I went on your website too and still no measurements. When cooking TH-camrs do this, I typically will not follow them because I can never recreate their delicious meal.
Please add measurements to all of your videos especially if you would like more subscribers.
Or at least add the recipe, with measurements, to the description.
    Your meals look so good!

I had no idea Koreans used so much sugar in food 🥘

I was amazed too, when my wife used sugar as a seasoning. I don't think it is near as much as in most western food though. The sugar in western food is usually hidden and called corn syrup or some form of glucose/dextrine
