There is even a reptile (which is technically not a lizard) call the tuatara that is still very much how it was ~200 million years ago... which means the tuatara lineage technically evolved _before_ dinosaurs did, which I think is pretty neat.
Well in terms of animal being not largely physically different from their ancestors I say Crocodilians Komodo Dragon HorseShoe Crab Kasawari Dolphin/shark, (megalodon)

there was a recent finding that the T-Rex which was recently thought to have feathers/fur was debunked in which they found fossilized skin of a T-Rex near it's flank and back of it's neck and it was indeed scaled like a crocodile/alligator meaning it couldn't possibly have fur or feathers. (also in retrospect it wouldn't make sense why something so huge would have those features in an environment so hot)
