Something people dont understand is that if a phone is warmer in hand, it often means the chassis is an effective heatsink. Cpu temperatures read a whole 9 degrees lower on my Redmi N13P+ as opposed to my previous iPhone 13 Pro, despite them feeling identical on skin. That's because the cooling chamber is against the inner aluminum composite chassis and the display back, transferring the CPU heat to your hands more quickly. HyperOS absolutely needs work considering we're only on the second release on the Global ROM, so I expect performance to only get better from here on.
(fixed, see replies) I have one and the scroll sampling rate is not the best, need a few millimeters before it detects screen movement, not sure if that's the case for everyone. I came from an iPhone so maybe my expectations were high for the display sampling rates
@@ShannonAceLaguardia I doubt, I also tried my friends Note 13pro+ and another note 10 Pro, same issue with the other models. If you slow downed the video you would see that the screen is lagging behind his finger swipes. It's not high but definitely noticeable for an avid gamer.
@@dkruski6685 apparently the touch sampling rate is fine, system security -> touch sensitivity, default settings have set the touch stability to medium which makes the taps stable (it's not, it's just reducing touch sensitivity), the solution is set it to lowest, so it doesn't interfere with the touch sensitivity. Kinda frustrating how Xiaomi has set this as the default.
