Do everything that is in your power with the resources you have, study film, make sure you are eating and hydrating to the best of your ability, work on ball handling if you have the space, work on mobility, etc
Try to modify it for certain drills and find ways to challenge yourself even with a lesser player. Ideally you’d have someone similar skill level but better than nothing

Hold yourself accountable, stick each landing until the ball goes in and do that until you no longer jump sideways
