3:10 What I am looking forward to most is... just the land itself, or the hotel in Disney World (dying for news about that). What I mean by that is the emersive experience, the feel I am really in that universe and interactions with the characters.
Congratulations! You've won the DSNY Newscast Pin for this video! Message me your address details on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and I'll send the Pin out soon! - Jack
Disney World, mostly because it will have the hotel, and I want to spend 3 days just being in the Star Wars Universe. I am really looking forward to the Rise of the Resistance , because I really love the space station setting, but I also am looking forward to hanging out in the Falcon, perhaps more than the actual ride! I would be thrilled is there were R2 droids roaming around, but I have seen nothing to indicate that will be happening. I am less interested in the bars and shops, as they have a more Tatooine atmosphere to them.
Now I’ve got three major things to worry about: 1) Finals 2) Saving up money for a lightsaber 3) Dealing with my parents yelling at me for spending $200 on a lightsaber
Corey Junk GOOOD !! It looks great at night !! ESPECIALLY when the fireworks go off viewing it from outside the ride ! Plus you’ll get too experience two different versions of the ride
3:11 I'm most excited just to see the immersiveness of the land. I'm sure the attractions will be amazing and of course I want to build a light saber but having the chance to walk around and see the buildings, the starfighters and the cast members who will help immerse us in the experience is the part I'm most looking forward too. Looking forward to more videos on the land!
3:10 Definitely the most amazing experience yet! I was at the preview and I can say that this is already the most beautifully crafted area yet. The attention to detail is amazing. That's all I'm going to say about it. If you love Star Wars then you will have the biggest smile on your face the entire time you are in Galaxies Edge.
I, too, had the incredible experience of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge last Wednesday thanks to being invited to the Cast Preview with my Cast Member sister. I can definitely say that you have totally nailed it, Jack, with this informative, extensive, and thorough video! Last but not least, having flown as both an engineer AND a pilot on the Falcon and TWICE gotten to pull the lever to jump to light speed, the Millennium Falcon - Smuggler’s Run is worth the ENTIRE price of admission❣️
OH MAN! I'm gonna watch this video 100 times before I head to the Disneyland Hotel next Thursday to get ready for my 8am showtime on Friday morning. I'm most excited to see all the attention to detail around the land in the architecture, landscaping, art work and stores. Great job assembling all this information and putting it in to an easy to follow primer. (3:10 during the Rise of the Resistance piece.)
Damn Jack, you’ve really outdone yourself with this preview. Just awesome work combining everything that’s been released into a walkthrough that gives you a feel of the entire land. Incredible!!
3:10 I'm most excited to fly and pilot the Millennium Falcon in Smugglers Run and The Rise Of The Resistance Attractions, because of how immersive they'll be!! Also excited about seeing all the detail work that Disney has put into this amazing land! Don't forget about trying the Blue, and Green Milk 😁😁😁 P.S. Sorry I missed you at DisneyWorld last week. Keep up the great work Jack!
Well made video!! And special thank you for not screaming and yelling and not being annoying like other TH-camrs!!! After watching this video, I can’t wait to go to Disneyland!!! 👍👍👍👍👍 5 Stars for this informative and enjoyable video
3:11 - We have all seen the Star Wars universe in all of the TV shows and 8 movies. The amazing set designs and CGI worlds of Star Wars are amazing and larger than life. To see this in person, to experience this in person would be so incredible. My family will be coming to Disney World in Spring 2020. Looking forward to this immersive environment. The sights, sounds, taste, feel, smells, can't wait.
I’m excited for all of it Jack!!! Thanks for being so thorough! Rise of the Resistance sounds absolutely incredible. It is one worth waiting in line for days! 3:11 for Mickey.
Going in June, very excited. It is a bit of a belated ultimate excitement since the main ride has been delayed. I plan to go many many more times afterward.
@@zr_1234 from what ive heard it will be a decent quality laser sword lol jk. Lightsaber. But yea it is alot of money but everything at disney is alot of money.
Z R the force efx sabers they sell now are over $100. At least you can remove the blade on these. And different color crystals will give a different colored blade. Pretty cool...
I was 10 when I first watched Star Wars a new hope, and have been hooked ever since. I’m just looking forward to everything about this new land. May the force be with you Jack.
3:11 I’m most excited for the cast members that will be in this land. Disney cast members have always been super crucial in the storytelling, but now they’re going to be even more. I like the “language” they will have and their costumes look amazing! I can’t wait for this land, and it’s also worth mentioning that they’ll phase out the limited time in the land on my birthday! Keep up the great work, Jack!
3:10 I'm excited about all of it especially interacting with the characters and feeling like I'm there. But what I'm most excited about is trying the food. That all looks amazing.
Really fantastic videoJack. A lot of great info that wasn’t widely know. Thanks! 3:11 I’m really just looking forward to soaking up the sights of the land. I’m going on the 8th and even though I’m excited to go on the Millennium Falcon and try new foods and drinks and buy things... just being in the galaxy far, far, away will make my inner child(and outer child) cry.
I'm most excited for to create a Droid because ever since I was little I always wanted to have a Droid, I'm also pretty excited for the falcon ride cause It sounds really interesting to ride!
Remember like 2015 when this was just a rumor and then they closed down the rides and then at d23 the diorama happened and everyone was like shaking with excitement. Feels like that was yesterday damn. Now the final product is days away. Scary how fast time flies.
3:11- Hi Jack! I'm most excited to visit when we go to Galaxies Edge is Olga's Cantina and also both of the new Attractions. We love all the movies and cannot wait to see how they evolve the story lines
Hey Jack! I was able to go to Galaxy’s Edge yesterday as a guest during the cast member sneak preview. IT IS AMAZING! All the hype... it’s true, all of it! My favorite experiences were the Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run and building the custom lightsaber at Savi’s workshop, which is well worth the price as it is a very high quality lightsaber and the building/presentation is really great. Dok Ondar’s is the best shop and visitors must spend some time there as it is wall to wall Easter eggs. What’s amazing is you truly feel like you’ve stepped into Star Wars. There’s even sounds of various ships flying overhead! Thanks for all the updates leading up to this EPIC addition to the Disney Parks.
3:10 Thank you for all of the details. It will make our trip so much easier and exciting! The ride, food and stores are going to be great, I'm sure; however, I can't wait for the interactions I'll encounter with all of the cast members. They are the difference between just getting on a ride and going through the motions at any other amusement park and entering and experiencing an entire new "land" at Disneyland.
lmao seriously. I was just planning on watching people who went. I'm sure there will be hundreds of videos of people doing that ride as well as seeing what is in the shops. Wouldn't waste my money or time actually going though. If you really wanted something specific from the shop, you can just buy it on ebay. There are already people flipping some of the items on ebay like the specialty coca-cola cans.
Yes -- what's up with that? 1 RIDE ? + No prequel or trilogy??? Disney too financially strapped to take us to the Death Star or Naboo? A thousand kids under 10 could come up with ride ideas throughout Star Wars history!
3:11. Great informative clip. We are going June 9th. Wanted to go during the day but got 8 PM to midnight. We will be able to stay to closing time. Excited for everything, will let my 12 yr old build a droid but walking through the Millennium Falcon is my childhood dream!
3:11 - Great stuff, Jack! There is nothing in the list of to-dos that doesn’t excite me, but at the end of the day the thing that would get me to drive to Florida if nothing else existed would be the chance to take in the Millenium Falcon in person. I’ve loved that ship for over 40 years now, and the chance to see it in person is something I cannot miss. (And we are going in late September!) “May the Force be with you!”
3:11 what i’m most excited about is rise of the resistance and the lightsaber experience. when i got into star wars it was because of the jedi training academy, so i can’t wait for both those experiences because rise of the resistance is so immersive and the lightsaber experience reminds me of jedi training.
3:10 I’m stoked to get my hands on some LE pins. I started collecting this year so my collection isn’t that big. I’ve only seen one pin set for galaxy’s edge, but I really hope there’s more.
3:12 I'm really excited for the whole experience in Galaxy's Edge but I'm super stoked for the food and milk that they are going to introduce. Also, I'm excited for the cast members really playing out their parts and interacting with guests!
Another very well done video, Jack. It was a pleasure to meet you the other evening at Epcot, and then go to England to drink a cold one! May you have continued success with your channel.
3:09 thank you Jack for being so dependable in your videos- giving us info without throwing negative side notes in as ive seen done by some lately. What im most excited about? The long overdue return to imagineering. I honestly had some real reservations about getting excited, the least time i got excited was animal kingdom in its first iteration, before Eisner got cold feet and started trimming the budget. I was somewhat pleased with pandora though they did themselves and thier guests a severe disservice in cramming it into camp Minnie Mickey and the area itself has just a disconnect- its like everything is right in front you - bam! Drums- bam! Floating mountains-- is all front and center and not much to discover.- at least for me, that's not saying that what they made isn't beautiful it is... but there isn't much to let your imagination take hold and transport you there.... you just are. - if that makes any sense. But real thought was put into this project, the rides, the food, the secrets, the pure magic of imagination.... that is where the heart of Walt Disney lived, and what he wanted to give to everyone. Im glad they are returning to thier roots.
3:11 for the Mickey. I'm excited to be enthralled in a Star Wars experience unlike anything I've ever experienced before in my life. There really is no magic like Disney Magic. Oh, and BLUE MILK!!!
3:10 Droid depot! I'm really looking forward to building my own droid companion and experiencing the land with it. It will be fun to see how the droid interacts with the different parts of the land. And of course, all the amazing new food and drinks!
3:11 - I might not go this year but I’m planning an extra large group trip for my 40th birthday next year! I’m most excited to make my own custom Lightsaber while wearing a Disneybound Jedi. Feeling that Elemental Hilt with that Rancor tooth with most likely a yellow blade if that’s a choice. And I’m ready to cry some grown man tears when I see the Millennium Falcon in real life!
3:10 fab video. I'm most looking forward to the world itself over the rides. That feeling of actually being on a Star Wars planet must be insane. Dream come true. Roll on my Novemeber DisneyWorld holiday 😁
3:11 - I'm so excited for Galaxy's Edge! I know Smuggler's Run is supposed to be amazing, but I'm super excited for Rise of the Resistance. (Also Blue Milk. What Star Wars fan doesn't want Blue Milk?) Super excited, and trying to figure out where I can get $25,000 for a life-size R2 unit. Keep up the great work Jack! Thanks for the guide!
3:10 I'm going June 11th from 2 PM to 6 PM and I'm so excited to just be immersed in this new land! I've heard so many great things and I'm too excited!!!
3:10 What am I looking forward to? Everything! I just want to suspend belief and be transported to "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away." Back to the 1st time I saw Star Wars in summer 1977 and was blown away by the Imperial Battleship flying overhead in a packed, 3500 seat, state of the art movie theater!!! My jaw dropped! I'm looking forward to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to make me feel the same way!!!
3:10 - I am most excited for Oga’s Cantina. It is my favorite thing from the Star Wars Saga and especially the music. It’ll be a great immersive experience as if I am actually in it. Can’t wait!!
I am so excited about this. I am going the first day. Does anyone know what the tickets are going to cost and how early should I arrive? I don't want to get there to late and find they are already sold out. Is an hour OK or should I allow more time? Man, this is going to be EPIC!!
3:10 I believe the thing I look forward to most about Star Wars galaxy’s edge , will be the look on my family’s face , especially that if my fathers who’s always delivered to me as his son , so for once as a fellow Star Wars fan , I want to deliver him to his Falcon. Cheers to you dad , and to everyone young and old to find a safe place in Star Wars galaxy’s edge
I’m most excited to see: 1. Rise Of The Resistance because of the incredible pre-show, ride experience, and disembarking moments of the attraction. 2. Smugglers Run attraction because of the Falcon out front and the incredible queue experience. 3. All the ships and speeders throughout the land because of the immersion I have wanted to feel since I saw my very first Star Wars movie. 4: All the shops and restaurants to explore because all of they seem to be their own attraction in and of themselves. My list is exactly in order from what i’m Looking forward to seeing most but honestly they could easily be: 1. A,b,c,d, and e. lol
I would definitely experience all the X-Wings, Imperial Walkers and the Millennium Falcon. They make you feel like you're living the franchise and are part of it too! Sure wish the cast of the Star Wars series would arrive at both parks to witness this attraction's grand opening ceremony. The May The 4th Be With You pun can also suit its catchphrase logo boards. I found the Hidden Mickey right as a tour cart approached two AT-ATs.
3:10 - Honestly, I'm most excited about getting to build a family lightsaber at Savi's Workshop that can be passed down for generations...and of course drinking some blue/green milk.
3:10 I can't wait to ride both rides because these are going to be absolutely great, I guarantee it. 👍👌😉 I also love the restaurants with it's array of food and drink items that will also be incredible for the land itself. I can't wait to see this place for my self.
Hey Dsny at 3:10 for the hidden mickey and for what i'm most excited for is the blue and green drink. And why is because we never had one of these here in Florida and now we get to finally to get to have some here ah refreshing. And another thing that i'm most excited for is the attractions one is the smugglers run and to tell the difference to know what they did for the original and reworked version. And another one is the trackless attraction too now i can't wait to tell the difference between for that as well.
Do we know if you can bring your lightsaber/Droid/creature/costume back into the land on a later date? Also how long do you expect it to be that the roaming droids will be brought out or boarding passes will not be needed when it's crowded?
I can’t wait to just walk through the land and feel like I’m really in Star Wars. I’m going in December right before the new movie comes out so it’s gonna be that much more exciting!!!
Hidden Mickey at 3:11 It's a tough call on what I'm most excited for within Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Although, aside from building my very own lightsaber or the Rise of the Resistance attraction, I'm mostly excited for the Millennium Facon Smuggler's Run. Mostly because when I was a kid, I imagined piloting the Millennium Falcon itself. And for Disney to make this attraction is practically making my childhood dream come true. For the Rise of the Resistance, it would be fun to go against the First Order and bringing peace to the galaxy. Super hyped over all.
Time Stamp 3:10. I neeeeeeeeeed to do the build a lightsaber, just wondering if the blade is 36 inches is getting them back to the UK on the plane going to be an issue? We are there on Nov 2nd so at least we have time to figure it out!
As the Fantasyland entrance is off Big Thunder trail, I can't help but wonder if someday it will not connect with the Big Thunder Trail and instead head north into the Fantasyland expansion (when the theater goes away for Beauty and the Beast - or what ever).
3:11 I am excited for the fact that star tours won’t be the only Star Wars experience around the parks but what does concern me is what will happen to Star Tours? But besides that I really want to ride Smuggler’s Run
3:11, I cannot wait for the minor details that Disney have always payed attention to. All those hidden pieces such as the lights, the language and the level of immersion this land will bring. It’s exciting to see where the next generation lands will be going to keep guests entertained.
3:11 I can't wait to build a lightsaber, but mostly because i'm looking forward to getting it home, and making custom sleeves/pommels/emitters. I'm looking forward to seeing if people can hack the crystals/blades to be custom colors or ad personalized sound effects. The customizability of the lightsabers looks amazing, but i can't wait to truly take it home and make it my own.
My gosh I am going to be spending a pay check of money on all that delicious alien food and drink. I am getting excited more as the date for Walt Disney World Star Wars Galexy Edge gets closer and closer and November kicks in. The Force will be with you Jack! All ways..
Great show, Jack! I see Florida [where I grew up] suits you well, have you ever ventured out as far as Anaheim? I'm up in San Francisco and am dying to walk around under the Falcon! I'm not even interested in the 2 attractions-yet- I just want to see the land. California's is particularly cramped, it's amazing how much they rearranged to make it happen! Now all I need to do is rob a bank!
Orlando is great Phil! However I loved California when I went there in 2014! I did Anaheim, San Francisco and Yosemite! Highlight was probably running the Golden Gate and OBVIOUSLY Disneyland... but a surprise best moment of the trip was probably the Walt Disney Family Museum!!! I LOVED IT! Anyways coming back to Galaxy’s Edge, I too can’t wait to JUST walk around the land and soak in all the otherworldly Star Wars goodness!
At that price I may have to choose between a droid or a lightsaber. Leaning towards the droid if it adds into the land themeing and the whole 'joining the resistance' thing :D Hmmm... but then again I want something from the creature stall too. Thank gods I have until January to save up for my trip XD
3:11 I'm looking forward to Rise of the Resistance because it sounds like it's going to be an experience like no other. I'm also excited to get a droid.
3:10 What I am looking forward to most is... just the land itself, or the hotel in Disney World (dying for news about that). What I mean by that is the emersive experience, the feel I am really in that universe and interactions with the characters.

I'm going to Walt Disney world in September and I'm wondering whether you think they will have a similar book a slot process for galaxys edge
This is making planning our WDW trip a nightmare
3:10 Droid depot! I'm really looking forward to building my own droid companion and experiencing the land with it. It will be fun to see how the droid interacts with the different parts of the land. And of course, all the amazing new food and drinks!
Hay Jack, great preview. Info packed!!! Had to watch it 3 times. Well done.
3:11. I,m most excited the rise of the resistance ride because it will be a lot of stuff in one cool video thanks. Your awesome!
I'll take the blue milk
3:10 I'm going June 11th from 2 PM to 6 PM and I'm so excited to just be immersed in this new land! I've heard so many great things and I'm too excited!!!
This is gonna be beyond awesome! Can hardly wait to get to Galaxy’s Edge at Disney World in October. So cool!
GE at WDW will be a life changing experience!
3:10. I'm most excited to see the interactive theming. Pandora is amazing, but this looks like a whole different level!
3:10 I am most excited for the droid making as it is a completely new experience
Goshdarnit, Jackster, that intro XD
Not even 30 seconds in, you made my night!
I really want to see the rise of the resistance attraction because of how technologically advanced it will be
Wonder what that means considering they already have trackless rides at Disney Parks.
@@zr_1234 It probably just means the most amount of different ride systems in one attraction.
3:10 I can’t wait to make my own droid. I think it’s amazing how they can interact with surroundings. The whole land is going to be a great adventure.
Oh my goodness thank you Jack, my little Gia and I enjoyed this video so much, as always. We will be getting a creature in December
I’m most excited to see:
A,b,c,d, and e. lol
3:11 hidden Mickey. I’m most excited about the rise of the resistance ride it sounds epic and the use of technology sounds super exciting :)
$100 for a droid? $200 for a lightsaber? Disney is trying to undermine my status as a nerd because I’m broke! 😭
Im not excited about it costing about close to the price of a ticket to disneyland doh
3:10
Lightsabers definitely lightsabers very cool and eventually the millennium falcon
Keep up your amazing videos
May The Force Be With You
@3:11... most excited for Star Wars Galaxy's Edge in 2099 when the lines are finally under 8hrs long so I can ride these 2 awesome attractions.
Do we know if you can bring your lightsaber/Droid/creature/costume back into the land on a later date? Also how long do you expect it to be that the roaming droids will be brought out or boarding passes will not be needed when it's crowded?
I'm so excited!! I'm planing on making the Trip from Australia To California next year for my 21st!!!
Pineapple_123 just be careful L.A is to crazy at this moment!! To many gangs and homeless!!!! Killings every day !!!
@@malo_2139 I have been before I know to keep away from the back streets and don't stay out after dark for to long!
Pineapple_123 ok good have fun and let the force be with you always!
Can’t wait. It is going to be awesome.
Can't believe it only opens in a week!!! Got my opening day reservations!!!
#Jealous
#jealous. but I hope ur not chlosterphobic lol I gurentee u there will be more then 100 people there
Love the star wars opening, of your video. So classic 👍good job!
Thank you for the updates as we're heading to Orlando to see Galaxy's Edge in Oct, can't wait to ride the Falcon.
I can’t wait to just walk through the land and feel like I’m really in Star Wars. I’m going in December right before the new movie comes out so it’s gonna be that much more exciting!!!
We're most excited about visiting our third planet! Does Pandora count as our second?
Excellent video, mate! Can't wait to get out there and take it all in!
3:11 i'm most excited for the shops and blue milk and interacting with all in the land.
Hidden Mickey at 3:11
It's a tough call on what I'm most excited for within Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
Omg this is exactly what I needed!! So happy to know how much droid depot is !
Time Stamp 3:10. I neeeeeeeeeed to do the build a lightsaber, just wondering if the blade is 36 inches is getting them back to the UK on the plane going to be an issue? We are there on Nov 2nd so at least we have time to figure it out!
3:10 / 3:11 I just want to experience EVERYTHING! Wander around. And pilot the Millennium Falcon, of course. 😁
As the Fantasyland entrance is off Big Thunder trail, I can't help but wonder if someday it will not connect with the Big Thunder Trail and instead head north into the Fantasyland expansion (when the theater goes away for Beauty and the Beast - or what ever).
Excellent work, Jack! I'm super excited for this new experience!
OH! I just can't wait!! I will be in Disneyland in mid July!!!
I can't wait to experience Galaxy's Edge.
Thanks so much for these videos!
At 6:01 It looks like the bounty hunter, Harkos, is threatening Flynn Rider?! LOL
The atmosphere, detail and entertainments and activities outside of the rides.
Been to galaxys edge since cast member preview it was amazing!
Loved the opening crawl, that was awesome!
Love the original park , Disneyland! The only one Walt Disney walk , ate and slept !
3:10 I loved your opening crawl!
3:11 I'm looking forward to Rise of the Resistance because it sounds like it's going to be an experience like no other. I'm also excited to get a droid.
