I learned years ago to use my bedroom as a packing staging zone. Everyone brings their suitcase, and then I send them on multiple, focused gathering missions. "Bring back 8 pair of underwear. Great. Put those in the suitcase. Now, go get 8 pairs of socks. Awesome! Next us, shorts and shirts." It works great for kids and the husband, too. Y'all never cease to make me laugh, and Penn did completely pull off the eyeliner!

Right now, we're planning our christmas trip to finally see family overseas. we will be traveling from summer to winter, and then from snowy-winter to mild-winter. It's lots of layers to figure out, as well as things that can be worn to trampoline parks and church, concerts, and walking through some of the great cities of the US in potentially inclement weather. Figuring out the logistics across the weight limit for luggage is. . . yeah. I think i'll just be doing it for all of us. As well as planning the whole trip, and making the chicken wraps.

Black eyeliner does not make somebody emo because many genres of music in their dress style used black eyeliner. My generation we learned real early how to have discussions while still being settled down.

But like when was it expected parents attended every single game and give 120% attention? I’ll pay attention during tournaments and when we review fundamentals at home but otherwise if I’m forced to be at every single game and practice you better believe I’m on my Nintendo switch or sketching or buffing my nails while listening to a audiobook on an AirPod. Or gossiping with other moms 🤫
