    Or you can still go on your phone before bed because you can put your phone on night shift with warm colour settings to not disturb sleep :P

    The most distracting thing is the thinking having to multi-task. In modern world, single-task is not approved and we have a thought of having to do this and that so we can see many people having a meal with their smartphone, such as that.. The best way to solve that problem is, at least a minute, be in a deep moment of one thing:)

    I'm from Southern Ca. & I moved to another state. I didn't realized that this place I live in now is depressing, too hot half the year & too cold the other half of the year😕 I'm stuck being indoors most of the time. I miss the ocean, beaches and palm trees... I wish I can move back home😢
    I miss fun🌴🌞⛵ Procrastinating is killing me because I don't have the money I use to have...I'm a senior now & I'm tired all the time😖

    Especially if you’re not in a good neighborhood and on the bus keep getting harassed .

    You know it's kinda necessary for me to do something useless on my phone before i sleep. Bcs i have noticed when i go to sleep right away, or i try to do something more productive like reading a book, my mind doesn't exit the 'work' setting. I just lay in bed for hours thinking of everything i have to do and could be doing. So it's kinda essential. Maybe im just weird😂

      Try journaling which will slow down your mind instead of reading a book, which pumps new information, causing you to think too much before bed. Journal or sit down in silence and listen to the silence.

    Things like this video do more harm than good.
    People have Habits Like These because of symptoms of depression and other types of mental illness a lot of the time. All that Watching a silly video like this that's calling them lazy is going to do is make them feel worse.

      Some people have actual mental illness, but some people are actually lazy. You need to check yourself before you make stupid comments like this. People actually want to improve themselves, and click on a video saying "things that make you LAZY" you obviously expect that you would hear lazy in the goddamn video. Just look at some of the other comments saying that this helped them a lot.
