To be fair, one of the best colour combinations. The black leather interior is gorgeous and surprisingly rare - never understood why so many first purchasers specified the biscuit and other pale interiors.
Stunningly beautiful, in every way! I have dreamt of owning a XJ-12 Vanden Plas (We had them in Canada) for 40 years. I just bought a mint 2005 XJ8 Vanden Plas, with only 49000 miles on it. Even though my XJ is "better" than the 1983 version, I could see myself irrationally trading it for one of these Series III V12s. They are just that special! Congratulations!
Thank you for your kind words. I agree, not only these cars are so special, they make you feel special every second you are driving them or riding in them.
The most beautiful car in the world, IMHO, with the smoothest and most satisfying engine, albeit a gas guzzler. I had the Daimler version of this 25 years ago. Only cost me £1,000! Dark blue, yours is light blue. Wish I hadn't given it up. You never need a therapist with these. Driving one is pure therapy in itself.
Saw your video pop up and I was so excited! I’ve got one too. Mine’s an XJ6 that’s been converted with a Chevy 5.7L V8. I love it so much! Luxury, style, and power!
What a beautiful Jaguar. Are you really cruising at 88 mph at the 6:19 mark? It does not look like you and your fellow travelers are cruising that fast.
Unfortunately, the Federal Exhaust Gas Fun Ban Ordinance (BABVVO) and Transport Tourism Emission Restriction Federal Ordinance (TEBBVO) will soon ban driving combustion engines in public outside of proven commuter trips and transport trips, because then exhaust gas fun WILL be a traffic offense!!!!!! Furthermore, a vehicle tax of 30,000 euros for exhaust gas-emitting combustion engines was threatened!!!!!!
These XJ’s and R. R. Silver Cloud 111 are in my humble opinion some if the most beautiful sedans to ever grace the road !
I agree!
I love this model and the xj40.
My first time riding in a Jaguar was a dark green1983 model XJ6. I had never rode in a car so smooth and so quiet. I loved it.
Exceptionally smart, old school British style. A very pretty car in a classic colour combination. Lucky guy.
Thank you kindly Sir!

@@roydestroyforever Oooooh, that's classy! Really makes the car even more special.
Vous avez vraiment de belles Jaguars Roy !!...😍👍🏻👋🏻
I have a series 2 Daimler double six, I would love a series 3 in Silver to go with it.
Beautiful!
Beautiful car. I had a black 1982 XJ6 Series 3. Mine had the biscuit interior

A common swop in the US. Infect in the early 80s engines were swop straight out the Jag Dealers door!.😮

Beautiful car. Is the V12 problem free? Do they run many miles without rebuild? Thanks
Thank you, the Jaguar V12 is pretty much trouble free if you take good care of it.
