Hi, I stumbled upon your you tube videos in 2018 about the body types. You have many great tips, but too much to process because I was a complete beginner and couldn’t grasp much but one thing for sure is I knew my body type. My weight loss journey has taken me back to your TH-cam videos again. I agree, good healthy body is a lifetime journey. I love your videos, well presented, and very clear and very very informative! I take lots of walks and have stopped gym sessions because too much stress. I agree good sleeping hours is fundamental. My life has turned out much better because I sleep better, go for walks, do stretching exercises, eat right and drink good amount of water daily. I have lost weight by just doing that. I feel healthier, I go out the house more, walk a lot. And I have enjoyed coming back to seeing your videos again because they reaffirm what I have learnt so far. I have two questions: 1/ how do I not loose a lot of salt in my body? What can I take to help keep a healthy dose of salt in my body? 2/ during my periods, I have minor joint pains in my wrists? What does this mean? Sometimes on my knees and both wrists. What can I do to ease this discomfort? When I was young, I was a Coca Cola addict. I am glad to say that for the very first time in my life I do not drink Coca Cola 3 times a week! IT IS AMAZING! I’ve never liked milk but now just this year, I have started having some with my cereals. Really enjoy the information you give, they hAve really helped me. I do buy vitamins in the supermarket to supplement my diet. In your other video about cellulite, I am happy to know about your vitamins, that is available for purchasing. Thank you Dr. Berg! A surgeon friend of mine recommended you when we were talking about inflammation and relationship to my arthritis. I am 59 years old. We also talked about keto. I’ve also had some trouble since my hysterectomy two years ago so I’m interested in estrogen information. Anyway bottom line this was a very helpful clip in a multitude of ways! I appreciate how clear you explain things and how the clips also aren’t so long that it takes seemingly forever to get to them or get through them haha! Really thanks!

Ok I found out that I was borderline hypothyroid and my doctor told me to reduce my intake of these kinds of vegetables, he said they were "Goitrogenic" and they effect the thyroid in some ways. Now I see why more clearly. I take a small daily dose of iodine from kelp anyway just in case. Only 125 mcg.
I was annoyed by it actually! Mainly because I couldn't figure out where that darn sound was coming from!?😁 (I was used to the squeaky sounds of him twisting the caps on and off of his sharpy pens,...and I actually liked that particular sound!lol. Go figure.)
