Tomoko Kawase is the Miku Kobato of the 90-00s She had 3 simultaneous music projects (The Brilliant Green, a rock band / Tommy February6, Synth Pop and Tommy Heavenly6, alt rock) plus being a model, writer, has her own idol group and also was an MTV host :D
Also, she was Avril Lavigne before Avril got into music :P

I'm preeeeeetty sure Avril Lavigne copied SOME THINGS from Tomoko Kawase's "Tommy Heavenly6" avatar. Avril is like a 1:1 copy in terms of melodic slant, attitude, style, beauty, etc. and Tommy H6 came first iirc
