Oh my god. I searched Monochrome Rainbow because I was looking for an actual monochrome rainbow that I saw on Wikipedia on the page about rainbows and instead I find something awesome like this!!
Everyone is saying this is reminiscent of Avril Levigne but I'm more reminded of late 80s and early 90's rock-alternative female singers and girl-led bands such as Belly, Liz Phair, Veruca Salt, and Breeders. Seeing as how The Brilliant Green was formed in that era, it makes sense that the sound has been carried over. In fact, because for the most part, US pop music has abandoned the rock sounds of the 80s and 90s, I'm increasingly drawn to Japanese bands and music such as this.

I know when i heard a good song, this is one, the bass tho, its bring the sad, mystery, dark nuance of song, altho i didnt know the meaning of lyrics, but it is also beautiful song.
You should watch some Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 it's super sad, but short. If you want something like Soul Eater, but not completely "it" it terms of sadness, you should read Tsugumomo (The manga, not the anime). Cowboy Bebop is also good, but it's more of a drama/action, kind of like those old shows that get you so attached to a character only to see him die, and fall onto a case of stairs while the screen slowly fades into a message saying "You're gonna carry that weight." I've never seen gantz, so good luck on that.

You should watch some Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 it's super sad, but short. If you want something like Soul Eater, but not completely "it" it terms of sadness, you should read Tsugumomo (The manga, not the anime). Cowboy Bebop is also good, but it's more of a drama/action, kind of like those old shows that get you so attached to a character only to see him die, and fall onto a case of stairs while the screen slowly fades into a message saying "You're gonna carry that weight." I've never seen gantz, so good luck on that.
Now all that's missing is Paper Moon on TH-cam! That's all I ask for from this band.

It was her song "Je t'aime Je t'aime" that made me love her first time (the song name is i love you i love you in french XD) she might be almost twice as old as me but i don't care, she made my childhood prettier!
