    She's learning fast, I am sure he will improve her timing as well to get the most of her arm stroke by getting her body gliding straight before pulling her leg for the kick move.. Good luck 💪🏻

    In teaching the breaststroke with this method, hat can you do if your pool does not have an area where the edge of the pool is the same level as the water? Our pool has only some stairs that are wide. 4 stairs about 4feet wide with a hand railing going down the middle

    While inside water we shud exhale through mouth or nose ?

    • @whirlwnd1
      @whirlwnd1 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Try with Nose, its more steady... you can control.... When you become more expert you can do with both or anyone alone...

    Hand movement and kicking should go simultaneously?? Or it should be one by one... Means first hand movement for breathing and then kicking?
    Plz guide

    • @jesuschristislord1986
      @jesuschristislord1986 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      One by one.
      Bend and open knees
      Kick legs
      Glide - just allow the kick move u forward,
      Then the arm movement to further move u forward
      So,
      Kick, glide, arm movement/pulling water

    So wrong the kick is so wide and knees bent under abdomen.This teacher will drown the kid🤣

    • @moocowp4970
      @moocowp4970 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      It's fine, you can see she was swimming in the video. Is the technique perfect? No, obviously, she's a beginner. But was she moving through the water without touching the ground and moving? Yes! And that's the only important thing for beginners :)

    • @johanemmanuel4988
      @johanemmanuel4988 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's not about her being a beginner and doing it wrong. You are asking her to bend knees and hips bring knee below abdomen and kick by opening legs. This is a completely wrong technique

    • @johanemmanuel4988
      @johanemmanuel4988 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Moving through water is not important even wrong techniques will make a person move. It's about optimization to give least effort while swimming so that you can cover long distances without getting tired much or drowning

    WAY to wide, keep the knees close. do not spread the arms , bend at the elbow with the hands pointing down and pull in a narrow pull
