Against Jasmine’s Steelix, HP is super effective, so it must be HP Water, Ground, Fighting, or Fire. Later, against Lance’s Aerodactyl, HP is neutral. HP Water would be super effective, Fire would be not very effective, and Ground would have no effect. Because of this, Mew’s HP must be Fighting.

No offence, but I don't exactly like how at the start, you used a Pokemon that is level 30, and has a base stat total of that of Latios and Latias, you could have just used PkHex to give whatever Pokemon you have metronome, instead of spending the first minute and a half of the actual game-play grinding to level 30, sorry, it's just that I have a low attention span, and would normally click away from the video by that point.
This is the same thing as letting your siblings pick the moves and scrolling and randomly clicking with you eyes closed except metronome has more options
I wrote down a recreation of the Red battle, except instead of Pokemon, I used really really REALLY big numbers "Are we really going to take out Rayo's number with one power point?"
You needed to program a Cleffa or Clefairy into the starter options, level 5, knowing only metronome and learning no other moves. And you needed to give metronome like 40 pp since it is the only move you can use. That way you don´t have to get to level 30 right at the beginning of the game, and you don´t have to quit battles because of running out of pp.

The minimum is 3.
Minimum captures is a very difficult playthrough, and to truly get the minimum captures (3) you need to play with your hands and feet.
The speed run community found a glitch called Cappy Return Cancel (CRC) that might make 2 captures possible.
