We take a tour of the fabulous Silliman University in Dumaguete, Negro Oriental. A one hundred and twenty two year old institution with a stunningly beautiful and historical campus. I also attend the book launch by Dean of Law Florin T. Hilbay of his new book "An Introduction to Bitcoin" at the Beautiful Silliman Hall. I hope you enjoy this one Folks 'cos I did.
