I hit 50 the other day and immediately got overwhelmed with preparing my paladin for further dungeons and raids; not necessarily with skill builds, but with gems, awakening abilities, runes, honing gear, etc. I hope I'm not asking for too much, but do you think you could do an in-depth, step-by-step video showing the process for what to do when we hit 50 to prepare us for abyssal dungeons, chaos dungeons, and raiding and so on? It would be a HUGE help. If not, I'll just continue my research online and try and fit the puzzle pieces together haha. Thanks regardless brother.

Just got done watching a new video from Legacy Gaming. Codiak gave you a shout out along with a number of other creators. Your in a nutshell videos are great.
By "Solo content", most people seem to really mean "Soloing group content". Since the game reminds many people of Diablo from the visuals and also footage of chaos dungeons being reminiscent of rifts, they want to know if a particular class can solo dungeons, raids, bosses, etc without help. Supposedly DPS classes can do this in Lost Ark easily.
Another awesome video. I was going to main soul fist but after all these videos I'm swapping to paladin for sure. It's nice to feel wanted in group content 🤣

Just to mention, there are some really good guides online for leveling builds for Paladin. So, if you have no idea wtf you're doing, like me, these will give you some ideas. Maxroll has one I really like.
I always play support, I love holy stuff, huge armors and swords. I am so stoked to try out paladin on the release. I hope there are some bigger swords, cosmetically, later on for paladin though.
@@jo_mesquita I tried them all, but I stayed with the Gunlancer, it's just hard to explain how damn cool it is, I am not far tho, around lvl 20 plus or minus, he hits like a truck, very cool and impactful skills with dope sounds and animations, on top of that I never died to anything yet, nor boss or player.
I've been waiting for this game for SOOO long and I'm going to do a first by rolling a support class. Something that has never appealed to me before but for some reason I feel compelled to the Paladin :) Have a sub and I shall check out Mr.Flames. Cheers!
I love how i was that gunlancer that had no idea what i was doing and confused as to why my friends (sorceress) were so fast while not knowing what they were doing.....
Main Paladin = Chill play style and always welcome to raids, Alt Berserker = Me smash and go fast farming excavation, Alt Death blade = Fast and dodge orientadet play style with good pvp potential. I am having fun with these characters.
I rolled a paladin last night and I wasn't sure about my decision. But said to myself that this is what it's gonna be, now that I've made the decision. To come here and see your guides and your info, I KNOW I've made the right choice. I played a Discipline Priest in WoW, healers make the party imo. I can't say for this game but for other experiences I've had, a REALLY good healer, or Tank Is noticeable, that party will be successful

MMORPG's are on the whole, new to me, I'm on PC but for years previously was a Single Player Console guy (PS & XBOX). Ok, so first i rolled a Gunlancer on release, got to 50. Enjoyed how I could ignore many boss mechanics (I'm old) but hated the slow backwards leap and feel....rolled a sharpshooter but now I get one shotted everywhere in guardian dungeon and flamed 24-7. How is paladin "tankyness" on boss mechanics?
In 5:10 he wears a white armor, I bought the blue equivalent from the store but can't dye it, what's up with that? I don't want blue I want what he is having.
I'm currently ilvl550 paladin... My only issue with paladin is it's gameplay feels very choppy. It has long cooldowns so I feel like I'm constantly waiting 20+ second to do anything. I'm also not a fan how I am unable to support random people during world events... During those events I feel like I'm just playing as a dps support. I'm starting to wonder if I should change classes

But as you have described it there seems to come a point where the Paladin has to be that support guy. Hm, generally i liked being support in GW2, but staggering and countering bosses and being the backbone of a group sounds really tough.
Don't worry, it's not that strict as he makes it seem to be. He's honestly just spreading bunch of lies u could say since u can play paladin as dps easily. And I find hybrid is actually best version since u doing both jobs so he's full of bs.
