All the property taxes getting paid into Makati ,each condo pays a property tax and then you get out of the CBD and it's filthy and sidewalks cracked crumbling, full of garbage , Poblacion the tourist area is so filthy, when you walk there you'll see cockroach , litter, stagnant water. clean up Poblacion and surrounding areas.

We must follow thru those rules -- so not clutter our Malls and other very busy, busy, public squares. Be patient all -- we are near completion of most projects, and travel should be a breeze in fewer than 7-years. Let's work with what we have to work with right now and be sure to bring an umbrella with you in case it rains while you are out. Id rather modernized the jeepney models than to completely get rid of them. It’s ingrained in our culture.
