      Brother, this is too much goals to focus on and excel in them. Trust me you’ll just get lost in the amount of work you have and you won’t know where to start.
      Pick up to 3 most desired goals, go deep into them and create a precise action plan on how to get better at them and work.
      Don’t set a destination without drawing a map

      @@RedDenim it’s not the quantity of goals you set but the quality with which you achieve them. Pick 6 goals and try to excel in them for a month and then pick 1-2 goals and attack them for a month. Then compare results in the end.
      It’s through going into the extremes we grow, not multitasking.
      No one says work less, it’s for losers only, work more in less directions, get good in them then switch to the next target and soon you will end up a whole new you.

    -a cold shower in the morning to boost productivity and adrenaline
    -do futbol training at least 1-2 hours a day

    I'm a high school student 15 year old .3 months ago I was struggling to work for my goals and procrastinating everytime but from 1st april I decided It was enough I the whole april and May I grinded and now my summer vacation has started I made a strict routine and decided to go monk mode I already build an insanely muscular physique in 2 months and now I am planning this vacation for my academic comeback and build a more muscular physique today is 2nd day of my monk mode and it's literally changing my life i conquered all my bad habits and starting to beat the competition I got inspired by your videos thank you so much brother❤

      @@AspectBeam1 I know that it is a hard martial art to master but if you keep pushing through the pain you will eventually learn it.
      If you want you can go to a MMA gym, there you can find a coach, who will help you learn Muay Thai faster. If you want to train at home you can find some TH-cam videos on Muay Thai techniques and practice them. The most important thing is to be consistent and remember that learning is a slow process

      How could you make your goals more specific? Clarity is power.
      What does being really good at basketball mean? Quantify the goal AND the daily work, if you want to increase probability of success!
      Example: i will increase my 3 point shooting percentage in games to 35% from 30% by going to the gym 1 hour daily, working on my jump shot 1 hour daily and making 100 3 pointers no matter how long it takes.
      Go beast mode!!

      @@lexsodz Increasing my shooting from 3 pointer from 35%to40% i will do that by practicing shooting in my room which is (9ft) so as the shooting board in my school and increase my running speed by 30% by doing running exercises at my home and mainly in school as i am in basketball activity in my school and mainly improving other factors every i will exercise 1hr 15mins everyday after coming to school as my school is of 8hrs +getting ready,coming back in total 9hrs so there not that much time but i will use it wisely and also i have to do good in studying by studying in night and morning (i am in 8th garde)

    I feel like I've hit a plateau... a high fkn plateau. And now it's time to rise to the next level.
    My Goal is to Launch a course to help people get into FLOW and free themselves from distractions.
    By doing this I will find the OTHER champions and together create a strong community to slay and play together.
    And be a force for good to inspire and lift up those around us.
    Every day I WILL:
    1. Do 6 deep work blocks daily (9 hours of flow work, like clock-work)
    2. Sleep 8-9 hours
    3. Do a workout where my muscle and lungs hate me
    4. Post on social media... 60 content pieces per week
    5. Take 10-30 min between work blocks to recharge my energy & mind intentinoally (no screens) : breath, naps, walks, meditation, staring at the wall.

    Right now, I’m just a 13 year old junior high student. I just came out of recognition with honors. I’ve been rejected 2 times by now and I still have the temptations to do what I would regret later on in life. I still regret some of the mistakes I’ve caused back then when I was younger. There are times when I look at other people and think that I am better than them. I’m a loudmouth who loves to show off sometimes to seek validation from others.
    But lately, I’ve realized my mistakes and I want to correct them. I don’t want to live this type of lifestyle, I want to seek something more.

    Hopefully this works out for you man! I'm going to set a few goals to, mainly focused around getting out of my room during the summer (I'm in school). I hope to workout daily, get out and socialize, and work on something. I'm honestly pretty excited, and I have two weeks left of school so I'm going to make the plan next weekend.     Im tired of constantly putting off my work and not being my best self. Its really frustrating to imagine what u could have been, and i really dont wanna regret anything. My summer vacation started and im promise im gonna follow these habits.
    1. Wake up at 7
    2. Study atleast 2 hours
    3. Put work into business for 2 hours.
    4. Meditate for 15 minutes
    5. Workout 1 hour
    6. Spend time with family
    7. Read for 1 hour

    For me this isn’t just some 60 day arc. I have been locked in during school. Summer just made me more locked in. I just finished a cut and now I’m going on a 7-8 month bulk. After that I’m going to cut again and hope to start my fitness channel during my sophomore year. During this time I’m also journaling, meditating, and getting closer and having a better relationship with God.

    1. Get in shape (running, working out,calisthenics )
    2. Martial arts training (systema/arnis/knife defense)
    3. Mind training (meditation, habits, diet)
    4. Social Media Presence (make content/ grow my yt/twitch audience/ learn how to edit)
    I don’t plan in giving myself a break anymore, I have done that and for the first time I took a deep loss in my life, and I know I could have done more. Now I don’t intend in that ever happening again. I will implement some of these as of today.

    I'm constantly tired of not putting in the focus. Knowing what to do. But not doing it.
    1. Minimum of three 90-minute Deep Work sessions working on my business every. single. day.
    2. Study thirty minutes of Chinese in the morning Daily.
    3. Nine hours of sleep -> Brush my teeth at 7 daily.
    4. Good diet to live long + enhance focus -> Only eat whole foods + vegetables each meal. Look into Keto
    5. Build my social confidence -> Spend 1 hour socializing Library / Friends / Family / Badminton daily.
    6. One book a week -> Read thirty minutes a day at night / before badminton.
    7. Cold shower every weekday without badminton
    Now going to create a checklist I can see every day.

    - I will heavily reduce screen time (specifically on social media, current screen time is around 8hrs 😬)
    - I will run at least a mile everyday
    - I will sleep at least 8 hours everyday (wake up @6am, bed @10pm)
    - I will read an hour daily (30 min nonfiction, 30 min fiction)
    - I will take cold showers every other day
    - I will learn and practice the piano for 3 hours every day in 2 90-minute blocks (currently complete beginner)
    - I will stop eating junk food and find clean foods
    - I will do an hour of self-care daily
    - I will study for 4-5 hours a day (more if extra time)
    - I will train for ~3 hours daily
    I really am excited to complete my goals. I have never done anything like this so this will be challenging, but I hope my goals are manageable. I can’t wait to see myself and how much I’ve changed in September. Focusing on myself needs to be prioritized currently, and hopefully once I improve, I can start focusing on building a revenue and business once I am 15 (January). I am 14 right now and I am so excited to see how my life changes. This summer will be an insane transformation for all of us who are deciding to focus on ourselves. I will be journaling my progress in a notebook. Thank you for this video; it felt like the final push I needed after lots of procrastination.

    Here I am, a 16 year old boy wanting to change my life to the best person I can be. My goals I want to reach the end of this summer are:
    A good looking body (Hit the gym 6 days a week) takes 2 hours total to go there and work out
    Read a book about self improvement 1 hour a day
    Working on school 2 hours a day
    Lowering screentime to max. 1 hour a day
    Learning about starting my own business 1 hour a day
    8 hours of sleep from 10pm till 6am
    then I have 8 more hours for the rest of my day and that is all filled up with school, meals, going outside with friends and just the regular things
