For example you are in Stress a lot, your recent hairline , is gone. It will never come back and its because of stress. But i see even so much ,cases outside , even old peoples like 80+ , they have in high age Norwoof 1 /2. I cant believe its ALL Genetic , prropably 50-60% of 80% yes.. but all not.

Sweating that much is really embarrassing, and ab toh college bhi khulne waala hai offline, toh aur bhi dikkat aayegi. Plus, long hair acts like a cherry on top. Baal bhi kaafi kharaab ho jaate hain college pahonchte hi, poora din rahena wahan toh baad ki baat hai. Does dipping our hair and scalp directly in icy water with ice cubes after shampoo 2-3 times a week is good or bad because I have been doing this for 3 weeks and i have been seeing a lot of hairfall these days but my diet is good, I am working out also,doing breathing exercises and using Minoxidil and dermaroller also, taking sunlight then also seeing hairfall and hair thinning. It depends on the scalp type. If the scalp is excessively oily, then the cleanser powders like shikakai, reetha, will be in slightly higher qty. If it is dry & flaky, then powders like hibiscus, mulethi, bhrami will be higher & rose water should then be added. If it is normal scalp, then you can chose 3-4 powders & mix them in equal qty.
