I'm glad you liked the content. 🙏 That is a normal response due to sweating. In my experience this itchy feeling subsides after a while. Sun rays are actually an amazing antidote to fungal infection... I think you can try changing the timing ... go when the sun is not too harsh . If the pain is unbearable you can wear a white hat & atleast get sun exposure on the body
