Good evening from New England.. I'm a drummer of 41 yrs and this guy is simply amazing..I also learned to play guitar in order to lay down riff ideas to practice over..At 51 I still play for 90 minutes every day and much like a full time guitarist if you don't use it you lose it..Please react to Mario Duplantier's solo vids they are just so tasty...Btw you did Gift of Guilt from Gojira and that was a hella cool vid 🧐🤘✌️
Good luck getting El Estepariano live anywhere ever, he wants to stay studio, pushing the boundaries of what humans are capable of doing. He is successful. All I gotta say is that if you are in a band with this man, you better show up.
Bassist myself and I love your breakdowns of guitar stuff but I, like most musicians, I love all the instruments. Feel free to cover and react to all sorts of other instruments. I know I will enjoy enjoying the amazing talent with you!
Dude, that was totally sick! Man, the drumming was tight and on point! Sounded outstanding would be understating the talent! Will have to check out other vids! ✌️
I'm old as hell. Recently came across your channel and am thankful for it. I gave up playing music a long time ago (total burnout) but now am getting inspired. I feel a little like I'm being preached to but in the best possible way, minus the religious mythology. Just being and doing good because it's right. Thanks
this is what makes music part of my soul. pushing the boundaries, no limits, hard work and dedication. I will now be burning my drum set live on my channel
I've been waiting for this guy to pop up on your channel. And yes...this guy is mechanical when it comes to timing. And YESSSS...everyone should play drums. I'm a drug mmer first...guitarist second.
Another great video! As soon as it started and I saw your reaction the first thing I thought was “if you think this is good you should watch some of his one handed shorts”. He is absolutely ridiculous.
This guy isn’t just super beast mode talented but has great vision for being creative on drums. He isn’t just great at just playing the drum parts of the song but also is great at recreating it and adding a little of his own interpretation of the song. I don’t like the little hi hat in between every crash on the emphasis parts on the song I’d like to see him do it at certain parts like every other time or every fourth time that’s what I’d do. I live his little floor Tom fill in the riff part…. He’s amazing in general lol.. it’d be cool to see more drum reactions
No excuse needed to watch Jorge do his thing! Properly inspirational stuff. (his name is Jorge Garrido. I've no idea where the Siberian Steppe thing came from!) ;)
You gotta check out the recent blinding lights cover he did... all his covers are pretty rad but usually a drum heavy sidegrade to the original (which is cool)... but that one is one Im certain I prefer to the original.
I guarantee I have not heard B.Y.O.B. before ( not a metal head). But if there were ever a song to suit Mr Siberiano I'd say this is one of them. Crazy fast. Thanks for posting.
You might think it’s impressive, but I saw system of a down Seattle and they had just gotten a new drummer and that dude learned their full set and just killed it. I don’t know his name, but whoever was the drummer on tour late in the band existence was amazing.
watching some old videos from the takeoff of the channel, gotta say, I miss the noodleing intros to the videos. There are some great pieces in there. Hope the family is well!
It is so interesting that, because of TH-cam/Instagram, there is a space for someone to have a career on an instrument that would typically HAVE to be part of a band to have relevance.
I don't know if that was a cover, it was obnoxiously busy. He's an extremely talented drummer and insanely skilled with the fundamentals and rudiments which is why I'm a bit confused at the lack of groove and excess of extra notes and some awkward syncopy at times, it takes away from how good this actual drum part is, but still this guy is one of the best I've ever seen and it still sounds really cool for what it is.
Adding his own flourishes to the song helps to get around the overzealous copyright a-holes, plus it lets him show that he has his own style and isn't just regurgitating what we have already herd before. Not saying he's right or wrong, but he is damn good.
@@ChuckChuckBoBuck I didn't even consider them greedy bastards, yeah his arrangement is sure to throw 'em off, thanks for the insight, I was to quick to be critical about it.
What's interesting is that he only got that floor-tom, and not a single high tom! He seems like he's a beat machine, first at looking at his set and second by listening to his style.
There is a lot of jealousy towards this guy, and unjustified as he has talent but also had to practice hard to get this good. Only spread shade on fakers & not people with talent like El Estepario who should be applauded.
I think the thing that is more amazing is that he does it on such a simple kit and makes it sound so large.
Singlehandidly he has changed drumming forever, there are no words to describe how good El Estepario is
he also did it single handedly, literally
Did it with ONE HANDED while at it -.-' give him both hands to play and ooh boi you get wholly different beast XD

The guy is beyond skilled. He should be the back-up for basically any rock band... Its not like anyone believes he wouldn't kill it no matter what....
Oh shoot our drummer is Ill... Fly in El robot Siberiano

My boss showed me this guy one time and everything I've ever seen from him has been amazing
You've been groovefathered! There is no coming back now. Waiting for more from you. Welcome to the club! 😊
He's an inspiration. You are as well man! Cheers.

dude, thanks for rewinding those fills...i needed to hear that floor tom way more than once!! take care, keep stacking!!
Finally!!! Couldn’t wait for you to cover the groove father!!! More!
una bestia el siberiano
Love this, thanks!

Yes!!!!! You should react to his Blinding Lights cover, you will absolutely nerd out to his groove on that one

He is Jedi drummer and has already created many padawans!
Cool as usual and I agree with you regarding the Danny Carey/Tool reference. 🤘🏻😝🇨🇦
his Hot for Teacher cover is insane. should check it out for sure if you havent
Estepario always is yay :3
YES... just yes...
I still get amped when I hear this song.
El Estepario Siberiano is your favorite drummer's, favorite drummer. Welcome to the rabbit hole. Go check out his cover of Blinding Lights.
I guarantee I have not heard B.Y.O.B. before ( not a metal head). But if there were ever a song to suit Mr Siberiano I'd say this is one of them. Crazy fast. Thanks for posting.

2:53 “that floor tom is bitchin”
Couldn’t have said it better myself 😂
One handed slipknot is unbelievable, but I guess you seen that as a music fan..? He blows me away, as much as you and your analysis and passion does.
If you like to see some insane drumming you might want to watch his One Handed Drumming Vol.1
Estepario is the real deal
👍
Since you bring up Tool, you should check out this guys cover of The Pot. He crushes it to bits. Love the channel, have a kickass day.
Serious question. What brand of t-shirt is that because it fits you incredibly. Thank you for everything you do!
You should react to his drum cover to Blinding Lights. It is INSAAAAANE
I would love more comments on the technique!
Go see his last cover of Emminem Godzilla. Amazing orchestration.
You need to react to all his recent videos
Yeah. This cat is sick. His channel is great.
Been his subscriber for a while lie yours.
фантастический ударник!
Bro, you REALLY need to see his cover of “Rock You” by Dirty Loops.
It is so interesting that, because of TH-cam/Instagram, there is a space for someone to have a career on an instrument that would typically HAVE to be part of a band to have relevance.
You uave to check out his cover of eminems godzilla!!! Unreal!!!!

Followed homie for a long time, and I've come to the conclusion that he is indeed an AI construct 😅😅😅
The Siberian Steppe
guy is a metronome too
Literally looks like the guy is playing in fast forward
Have you heard of Aaron paulsen??
“I see TOOL to see Danny Carey” haha yeah, the music is cool but I’m honestly staring at him 99% of the time
Rumor has it he might be an option for the new Slipknot drummer....
This guy makes me proud of my ethnicity.
You have to react on almost a easy
There is a lot of jealousy towards this guy, and unjustified as he has talent but also had to practice hard to get this good. Only spread shade on fakers & not people with talent like El Estepario who should be applauded.
you should see him playing slipknot one handed. lmao ridiculous
That’s not a hi hat, it’s looks like a china type.
He cheated this time. He used two hands, lol.
And this is not even his best video.
I find him too robotic, almost unatural, gakes the groove out of the songs at times...
I think the credit should go to the original drummer, No ?!
GREAT drummer. SOAD is an awful band.
