INGREDIENTS
FILLING
200g ground beef
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon beef seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup carrot
1 cup scallions
1 cup white onion
FILLING THICKENER
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup water
CRUST
4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of nutmeg
225g unsalted butter
Half size onion
4 tablespoon oil
1 egg for brushing
