If you couldn't tell from lasts weeks no-cook meals I am a huge fan of making things that use little to no heat at all! But I felt like something was missing.. where were the sweets at!? So here are 5 of my favorite easy no-bake desserts for summer! I tried the red, white, and blue cheesecake fruit salad today! I am mildly allergic to dairy, especially in large quantities, and this was easily adaptable. In case people don't know, Cool Whip just has a small percentage of dairy in it and the pudding powder on its own doesn't have any. For the yogurt, I substituted the So Delicious coconut milk strawberry yogurt. It came out really good, my girls loved it. I'll be making it again next weekend as part of an angel food cake trifle. I just wanted to say that I’m so thankful to have found your channel. You’ve helped me get through an entire two weeks of no takeaway and no burnout meals (like having toast/cereal/2 minute noodles for dinner) which I hadn’t been able to do all year.

I didn’t know that fact about the flour! Thank you for the tip about microwaving it. I will definitely do that in the future if I use it in a no-bake recipe. Thanks, Julia!

You can also put your entire bag of flour in the freezer for 3-4 days and it will kill them. I buy my flour in bulk and I found this to be the fastest way. I do this once to all of it and don't have to worry about it any more.
@@monnanugent8168 Thank you for the info! My mother in law always keeps her flour in the fridge so maybe that’s why? Don’t know if the fridge would have the same result or if it would need to be put in the freezer instead. I will try the freezer in the future! Thanks so much!

@@kdash7 I don't know if the fridge is the same. I always hated my fridge/freezer full so I froze mine for 3 days. One shot and it was done. Just remember if you're going to store it for long term storage using a vacuum sealer make sure to let it come down to room temp so there won't be any issues with moisture from it being so cold.
It's truly amazing how you have the time to research; prepare, and film such beautiful food, and then edit into such informative and enjoyable videos!

If anyone needs a gluten free alternative for the monster bars, almond flour usually works great for recipes like this, I can't wait to try it! All of these look amazing 😍
