I think @SquatJerkJournalist said last video in a comment that he was only doing like another few weeks. Which is really sad because seeing these come out each week is truly priceless for any athlete.
As somebody who is also doing everything they can to get to Paris (not for weightlifting sadly lol) seeing arguably the GOAT putting in the effort week in definitely makes it just a little easier to put in those 13hr days. I really hope these continue in some form or another, even if it's just his warmup sets or stretches.
I understand the secrecy of training and whatnot, but it is easily one of the most motivational series I've ever seen. @Squat Jerk Journalist if you see this, even if you no longer continue this series I would like to thank you for putting this content out there truly motivating.

Surprised to see no snatches at all for this week. While last week had full snatches on Monday and Friday, this week only had snatch speed pulls on Monday and Friday without any heavy snatch pulls/deadlifts. The drilling of the technical aspect of the snatch in the pulling alone by lu impresses me the most as many would just simply do the snatch and treat the assistance pulling like an afterthought.

Question: this is his full session? "Only" four times a week and 3-4 exercises? I'm trying to understand how hard should I train this sport. I have three OW trainings per week and between them I'm running/cycling/boxing. Now I can't improve my squat strenght doing 5x5 two times per week, and my legs are exhausted after training. Lu looks like he is waaaay to far from overtraining after his sets or whole training:)
