@@fatpajama you see all that acne on his back .. those muscles didnt come back fully naturally. He can get off cycle by the time testing starts and pass the drug test easily.

    • @fatpajama

@@Jeffdachefz I mean, if he works hard enough with same mount of protein intakes that for a prolifter, the strength and muscle would be recovered at same time without drugs, i been worked out for 7 yrs and there was a very bad motorcycle accident that happened on me couple yrs ago, I took almost a yr to get back to gym and i recovered 8kg pure muscle in only 3months. So my point is for a long term trained consistency person, the muscle memeries would help u easily recovering from a long break. But honestly, Lu took that kinda fast af, yeah so probbly ur right about it.

I always find his footwork on the first weighted set of front squats interesting. He adjusts his foot positioning in each rep to find the sweet spot for the following sets. Watching Lu is inspirational and makes me want to dabble in olympic lifting! Go smash it 💪🏽

I started doing that but for a bad reason. I haven't been lifting for about two years and my full squats were fantastic actually. So my mind knows what to do but my Achilles's don't have the mobility + elastic power I used to have. I also just started stretching again but for now my heels shift trying to find that sweet spot of not my best but I still got it without getting injured.

This is an insane pace regardless of PED usage (or lack thereof). This can be explained, for the uninformed, as muscle memory. Meaning that his muscles has banked up myonuclei from training, and even though his physical quantity myofibril has gone down, his body can quickly “remember” how it was before, and if the proper force is exerted, adapt at this pace.
