- Wonton wrapper | Egg Pastry|Siu Mai wrapper
Whole egg wonton wrapper/Siu Mai wrapper
200g all-purpose flour
2 eggs (about 120 g with shell)
2 drops of yellow food colouring
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Siu Mai Pi / Wonton Pi Anti-sticking
Use starch to prevent sticking, potato starch, corn starch, any starch will be fine. Just don't use flour, otherwise the wonton skins will stick together again.
