- The Australian’s Washington Correspondent Adam Creighton says some of the forecasts for a second Donald Trump presidency are “completely insane”.
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow feared the former president will put her in “camps” if he were to be re-elected.
“This is insane stuff, surely she can’t actually believe that privately ... but I doubt it,” Mr Creighton said.
These people are unhinged.
It all happened the last time. They make these predictions, none of it comes true, and they will all just pretend they weren't wrong.
some even say they'll leave the country , but they dont.

Years ago, when things were much more violent in Central America, one business that was booming was the conversion of SUV's into armoured vehicles: installation of bullet-resistant windows, puncture-proof tires, armour on the chassis, undercarriage and roof, firing ports, etc. They were popular with politicians who feared assassins, but also with important businessmen who feared being kidnapped.
It got to the point where having such a vehicle (or numerous vehicles) was almost a status symbol. Indeed, some people who got these upgraded SUV's were ridiculed by acquaintances, associates even relatives, who would say things like, "Look who thinks he's important enough to be targeted by anyone."
This mentally unstable public figure (I refuse to call her a journalist, commentator or anything else that smacks of professionalism) is doing the same thing: who does she think she is, that a returning President Trump would even bother arguing with her, much less persecuting her? (And yes, I know I am assuming this person's pronouns, but who cares?)
