My mom was a PBX operator at a hospital. She received calls from people who wanted to know if swallowing bleach was ok. The ER received several patients who became ill from actually swallowing bleach.

I've wondered why the American people weren't up in arms over the mismanagement of the COVID pandemic by "he who must not be named". Remember when there was an outbreak of Ebola, and it was spread to Americans on American soil? It happened when President Obama was in the top job, and because of his quick action, and with the advice of Dr. Fauci and other infectious diseases specialists, the patients infected in the US were isolated hospital, and the outbreak was contained. Even before Ebola reached American shores, President Obama sent the American military to Africa to help contain the spread there, and treat those who were infected. I can't help but think that if COVID had happened under President Obama---or any other president America has ever had, regardless of party affiliation---COVID would never have left China. So, like you kiyacosan, I think "he who should not be named" should be held accountable, and he certainly shouldn't be elected for another four years.

Dr. Fauci reminds me of what happened to Alan Turing after WWII. Turing practically won the war for the Allies, saving thousands of lives. After the conflict, Turing was chemically castrated and committed to a mental hospital for his gayness, where he languished and died in June of 1954.

I'm a doctor and a published author. I was with the CDC during the pandemic, and I can tell you Fauci did not follow our standard protocol for a pandemic. Many of us believe the virus came from a lab and Fauci knew this and tried to cover it up!
