When the anime has more detail than the manga

it's very common for the anime to not have as much detail as the manga, but what about when it's the opposite? (the lupin iii anime's artstyle and feel is based on the manga, not the story)

Nichijou is probably the only series where I prefer the anime to the manga, wish there was a season 2
