I just ran my right AirPod through the wash and thought it broke, but now it’s working better than the other one and that’s why I came here 😭 bless you have a great day
Only watched the video to check to check whether those tips have grills in them because my airpods 2 gills are a nightmare to clean… definitely will go with the pros then
Use any type of simple cleaning liquid containing alcohol like window cleaner, other houshold cleansers or even makeup remover, put a generous amount on the speakers with a toothbrush or other small brush (I recommend first putting the liquid in a glass or somewhere you can get it on the brush without spilling) then let it soak in for about 30 seconds (not strict). Now for the most important step: use a vacuum cleaner to get all of it out, i recommend a strong one and if u dont have an extenstion smaller than the airpod u can use something that lets air through but blocks the top of the vacuum cleaner (like a sock). Repeat this a few times and it should be brand new! I literally just did this today and it worked great
@@connor662 Nah, If you don't have experience in cleaning them, you should send them to people more experienced than you because you might damage and ruin these AirPods.

I did the same thing. They weren’t playing for shit and I accidentally washed em and they came back to new.
I checked on the Apple website and they say you should not clean the AirPods with alcohol since it might ruin them..
Yea, if you get a solvent on glue that really shouldn’t be dissolved you might ruin them
And not to use sharp objects as it could also ruin them
Is it safe to use after cleaning
Better not clean mine then.
he used isopropyl alcohol,not alcohol,that's a difference
Any guesses on if he said go ahead or isopropyl alcohol more?
how is this video not getting the appreciation it deserves! good video :)
The GOAT tutorial
Wow man, you did some thorough cleaning and dito tutorial. Thanks for making and sharing 😊
Very very good tutorial! Really did help me finally clean the grill piece on the ear tip piece!
Nice
What % are the Isopropyl alcohol?70% or 99.9%?
More than likely 70% (wouldn’t recommend 99.9% as you’re increasing your chances of removing adhesions from the headphone

I wonder how to clean airpod speakers
