Hi Green Beauty! Thank you so much for your thorough videos as always. On your previous video you mentioned that ambunu has a high protein content. I’m wondering if you think it will be okay on my hair? Rice water and certain coconut oils wreak havoc on my hair for context. I followed your guidance to use products without protein and use your real protein treatment separately. That’s been working out great for me. Please let me know your thoughts. I’d love to try this! 💕
Is using soap nut as effective as using ambunu? and can you skip a conditioner if using soap nut? If we skip conditioner how do we do protein treatments? Thanks!
This is great information! I currently use mahogany bark as a treatment for my hair, but I would like to add this to my regimen. Also, I just entered the give away 💕

I did water for many years too. I loved it. I used to call it the leave it the f alone method hahaha Now my hair is so long and damaged I have to use conditioner to wash, I use pantene it's the bomb. But I'm going to try this stuff although seeing the tangles gave me shudders, cuz that's literally my hair if I look at it sideways hahaha
I have dry, low-medium density, high porosity hair. I’m trying to revive my hair as I’ve been neglecting in due to dealing with a health condition. The low density is in the front. I’ve been experiencing excessive shedding. Thoughts on this Bi-weekly routine: •Your onion juice recipe •Ambunu leaves to cleanse (do you put it on your scalp or still only do water only? •Your ph spritz after shampooing •Flaxseed gel to twist my hair •Your oil on my ends • scooping and spreading in between sessions. • Your protein treatment every 6 weeks The going is to keep my hair moisturized and strong. It’s very dry and damaged from years of braids. Also, for special occasions I may blow out my hair. With the ph spritz act as a heat protectant?
Hi Green Beauty. I would like to hear your opinion on the use of activated charcoal shampoo and conditioner for hair? Is it beneficial to the health of the hair and hair growth? Could you please make a video on it? Thanks.

I know some people add certain chemicals when straightening to make it straighter (like a keratin treatment), but if you watch "silk press" videos 99% of the time they are just traditionally pressing with a flat iron.
