Ingredients:
For cake Sponge:
Oil - 1/3 cup
Curd - 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Maida/ All purpose Flour - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of Salt
Milk - 1/2 cup
For Pineapple:
Water - 400 ml(2 cups)
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100 gm)
Pineapple - 1.25 cup )250 gm)
For Pineapple Glaze:
Cornflour - 1/2 tsp

It is heavy whipping cream .. you can go to any supermarket, & ask for non dairy whipping cream. .. you can easily find or you can order it online also.. it is available in powder form, mix it with milk as per instructions written on packet .. that’s will also work same...
