- The plastic Warhammer scenery for The Old World gets a re-release this weekend and I happen to have some in need of painting so it seemed an ideal time for a 30 minute scenery tutorial!

Thanks for the tips! I plan to use the first part to get these table top ready in as few steps as possible! Hoping to see another video on how to quickly paint the Fortified Manor!
Very informative and helpful - thank you!
Love that tower, I couldn't stop with it being that height though and merged two together 😁
So glad the fortified mansion etc is coming back... Really nice-looking! Can´t wait to ransack some with my orcs!
How happy you were painting your hill in green contrast!
It worked so well, though I am generally fairly happy when hobbying.
I'd like to see an Old World battle report.
So helpful, my Manor House will be here next weekend and definitely trying this! Need somewhere for my Shadow Warriors to hide when playing at home.
I was thinking "Michaels just bought a set of this" whilst doing it!
I've got multiple Old World lists ready to go for Orcs, Elves and Tomb Kings so we should definitely play soon!!
subscribed,,, ive pre ordered both of these so your vid will defo come in useful in the near future
Awesome, thank you!
Nice video. Saved and I shall follow your tutorial for the mansion tower as this is exactly how I want mine to look. Just ordered my Fortified Mansion this week. £66.60 from Sophie at SWALK powerstation Road Sheerness
Nice! This was so easy to do that I am definitely getting the rest of my scenery painted now.
Also, yay Sheerness - my wife's family are from the Isle of Sheppey!
You had me at "classic 4-5th edition green-style scenery."
It is my jam.
so the hills dont come pre-grassed etc, i was assuming similar too the old goblin/ork hut/town thing
No they're bare grey plastic, not like the old pre-flocked ones they used to sell that nothing would stand upright on!
So, do you do a video where you explain why you don't use a wet or dry palette for your paints? Or is this just for painting your terrain features?
I sometimes use a palette when painting individual miniatures, but TBH, since they widened the paint range to the degree where I no longer need to mix paints as much, I've gotten out of the habit and tend to just paint straight from the pot. Or, at best, I use the back of my hand as a palette when dry brushing.
