Fight at 1001 Polk Street

Not much to see, just another stupid fight at the Episcopalian shelter. However this shelter is fully staffed and has security and nobody comes out to intervene or calls the cops! This is what your neighbors consider an epic fail #SFPD #sfsupervisors #sfgov
