Another great build. I feel like those last 2 points could of gone into protected by anomaly and blood donation instead of health and armor. If you’re going for survivabity might as go overkill with extra armor and health regen from bleed

Great stuff ...I've been using the 2 mods for extra armor an res pierce for bonus anomaly but think all bottom may be more powerful feel like my cooldowns are still too long messes up my rotation
I agree with those mods, especially since he is using Mage's Rage for ramp up. This build has pretty much all the good mods for those seismic abilities, but it has many average ones too, and so it is really missing out on extra anomaly damage.
You could probably just do this same build and use those 2 extra class points for weapon damage node up top and firepower (big node) at the bottom and just your bullets taking more from enemies with bleed will be dangerous 🤷🏾♂️💪🏾
As a long time Dev main (although I've been running almost everything, minus Trickster, since WS) I've been running Endless Mass with Gl, and Seismic Slam during mob rooms, and switching EM to Golem (for the huge anomaly buff) to destroy Arbiters super fast. I've been wanting to check out these new impale mods, but with the material economy, I'm just going to wait until apoc 40 to start try out different builds/options.
How are you getting all these god roll pieces? I'm really confused I've been playing world slayer since release and have not had any lucky with getting any god rolls. It seems weird how easy it is for Outriders content creators/ Ambassadors to get them but regular players can't.
I'm level 74 devestator and been waiting on an alternate build... I despise gravity leap when it doesn't work 😣 thank however you don't want to go up top tree and take the two armor piercing nodes instead of the extra bleed and heath and armor node just an idea for more damage especially against bosses
I run a build with earthquake, imaple, the thunder's legacy mod, and gravity leap with the two biggest damage sources being earthquake and impale. And it works great with bottom skill tree, I used the bottom skill tree on both the class and pax tree.
Yeah, chances are half of the damage is being blocked by Resistance. I would be tempted to try that, with an armor pierce gun and First Things First mod, No Resistance Against the Fortified and Unstoppable Force. It's strange to not see those in this build actually.
The global cooldown cap is 55%, shown on the stat details window. This does not include skill specific cooldown mods which will reduce them even further, verified via the skills window. ✌️

Can you make a video going over how you farm for gear? watching your videos is making me want to quit the game. I am a higher AT than your dev and higher ascension level, and have 2 or 3 armor items with apoc mods that could be used to make a build, not even in the same set though for the same builds, yet you have multiple builds worth of good apoc mods. I dont know if I just have complete shit luck, or I am missing something very important about farming loot
@@theFullMeasure which do you consider the second? I farm the one at the end of the story, where you get the choice of three legendries. I kill him, then return to lobby and kill three more times and repeat.

Change rivers of blood to arms and anomaly and add anomaly echo to the build to take this build to the next level.

You can get 20% more AP just by the skill tree and maxing resistence piercing in ascension. NRAtF just put it over the top.
on my banner lord set it did about 50% less damage/impale

Are you farming the 2nd Arbiter? I do that for hours and hours
