I recorded the footage etc for this build before the latest patch and with it's release yesterday I contemplated whether I should redo the whole video, but after doing some testing this morning I haven't changed anything except changing Reflect Bullets for Endless Mass. Since ANY skill activates the buff from Paladin now we don't need Reflect anymore. Overall still a strong build but the time to kill on bosses(like the Arbiter) has suffered with the nerf to Despair and fixing of Mage's Rage, but still very capable of killing bosses and fast clears of Expos.
I run something similar, I don't have mage or any toxic on though, but killing arbiters last night was a real chore, made very little difference on anything else though.
Question on the anamoly extract changes. I ran several expos and didn’t notice any increase , have you? So much for using expos as a way to gain dust huh?
@@TheKingAtlus It takes a decent chunk of time to do that, while the update changed a few things, this build is in no way inferior now, you just have to make a few changes. Remember builds are suggested, your play style might call for different skill in the middle slot now that you aren't forced to use protection skill anymore. His builds are guidelines for anyone to use and tweak how they wish. Respect this individuals time, that's why he still released the video, he won't get that time spent back.
Hey I'm not sure if you're a Ambassador to outriders. However if you are let the dev's know for the Techno,the Grim inventors armor set isn't working correctly. Maybe its just me,however the pain launcher isn't refilling my rocket launcher for tool of destruction. It was working before the patch. Thank you.

I do really want to dip back into dev as it's the class I started with but after going so far into techno from the start of worldslayer I want to finish that first, but will defo be using this vid as reference when the time comes
I'm trying this out with og dev but instead of toxic my stuff does resistance pierce bonus to crits happy with it so far but game needs more content the world slayer expansion just seems short and needs more optional mission and more creature hunts
Nice !!! You play Pyro how bad was the nerf ? Was planning on making a AP Pyro but I heard they were nerfed ... you would know better then me never played a Pyro
I like the build but I went the other way. Its earthquake,leap,golem and it has loads of anomaly boost mods and low cooldowns I just pop off leaps and slams so quick that I stop enemies from moving and interrupting there skills. Probably could put endless mass in instead of golem.
I was using Endless Mass in place of Reflect Bullets, but Endless mass doesn't work on bosses which makes it null and void and not really required in mobbing since things die fast without trying anyway. Still playing around with setups for boss burst. Wish they would fix Endless Mass on Boss fights.

Could you do a reforged pyro build? I haven’t seen anyone showcase that build with that set but I saw you using it for a little bit yesterday on stream and it looked really fun.
There’s something bugging out on my devastator. I’ve been hitting 150-250 million dmg on my third quakes. It seems to be ramping up damage with each rotation. I think it has something to do with chip off the old block. Ever since I equipped a chest piece with that mod my leap quake build with golem has been crazy. I think the golem melee from chip off the old block is multiplying the damage somehow.
I almost use same mods only not the toxic, like armor pierce ,omen ,firestorm, 'm.rage, a ar with killing spree deadnodrome ,twister ,suprising good ,and sharp eye ,captain hunter is good with the mods you use for anomaly

I would replace reflect bullets with endless mass endless mass allows you to transmog enemies then guaranteed gravity leap with land and it groups all enemies... and tremor for bosses if you add in anomoly damage perk that increases anomoly power by number of enemies in close range and the damage goes through the roof I'm apoc level 39 devestator and things have changed up here
Try out Nikola's Revenge weapon perk alongside endless mass. Ive tested it on pyro and techno and it mobs pretty well even before stacking other status effects and anomaly bonuses. Ive been wanting a way to group enemies better, but i havent touched my Dev since before the first dlc (ok honestly its only lvl 6....)
I am very concerned about the changes made to this class. The Devistator was a cannonball on release of worldslayer. With these changes I feel like, once again the Devistator is going to be left lagging behind the other classes.
I stand corrected. Now don't go telling PCF, but I think my Devistator is actually stronger after this update than it was before. Seriously though, don't tell PCF 🤫 😁👍
I use inpale from now on ,2 grav leap( despair still on ,3 inpales, 3 earth ,groundslams? Im from Holland, so english writhing is not that good ,Afrika no problem 😁
Despair nerf destroys Devastator, 30% AP is a joke. My build does 70% less damage to the bosses with the nerf, it takes longer to kill the bosses (like the Arbiter) and the devastator feels so weak again. sad times for Devastator players. Multistrike is now capped and has only one stack. The third earthquake does less damage than the second. double nerf or a bug? the devastator isn't fun anymore.... feels so weak. trash mobs Killing is easy, but bosses... not anymore! I don't understand these 2 nerfs!
I ran expeditions at high and low apoc tiers and different characters and none of the runs gave me apoc legendary. Only non apoc legendary. There is no incentive to use the expeditions other than picking up some xp although less than TG. Very disappointing. I was getting so bored with just running TG over and over but that is the only way to add new builds if you want complete builds.
The commander set isn’t the best build and stuff.why you showing pre-patch build. Despair got a huge nerf. I’m gonna be testing soon the Concussioner set since one of its mods was bugged.

Gonna be honest, I was wrecking things to the point the game didn’t feel challenging with my Dev. The nerfs feel like what it maybe should have been. I know some were upset but it’s not like they took something weak and made it weaker.
Wha I dont like is all this claims about awesome build. While lvl 62 you Demo this build in a Tier 5 level below. Its not only this guy but a lot of them do it. Only a few I have seen them Demo builds in their current tiers.

You should've re-done the vid cause certain aspects won't be the same and to make it as accurate as possible.

I tried reflect bullets with the auto reflect mod as well as tremor for the third skill and both worked well.

Can tremor be used in place of reflecting bullets which would also trigger any mod that needs to be activated by a skill?
Yeah I think it's fine, if you are going to get more mileage out of Tremor with more stuff immediately around you then yes.

I have the same builds as you and it no longer does any damage to the final boss, there's me by the mobs you do damage but he nerfed it thoroughly

Reflect bullets is good ,but monsters dont shoot a gun !, thats why i use inpale

Nikola’s Revenge is fantastic. I’ve been heavily using it on my trickster.

I think your mod is buged because despair has been changed it doesn't give 2 times anomaly instead it gives now 30% anomaly damage

the build you showed was before the patch with the resistance mode of 100% that now it is 60% this video is pure cheat.......
