I've been following you on Instagram and it's so nice to see your long form content! I like that you're calm and focused. I totally understand the part about hair - it's soo important to us and glad that your hair is bouncing back. Looking forward to more vlogs! Also may I know where your necklaces and bracelets are from 😍
Loved your vlog!! Thank you for being vulnerable and opening up about hair.... I had been dealing with same issue and I always had beautiful, thick hair... thank you!!🥰
Hi! I've been following you on IG, and love love love to see you here ❤ I've been there too when it comes to hair loss. I was so underweight that I've lost probably half of my hair, so I get you. Anyways, videos like what I eat in a day by you are much appreciated!🥰
IG follower! I have experienced the same situation with my hair, prolonged washing it, tried vitamins and masks and everything. I got my DHT levels, hormones and normal blood labs checked and everything was fairly normal, but I still had clumps coming out. I figured out it was a symptom of long covid. I’m on nutrafol now after speaking to my hormone doctor about it and it’s significantly improved my hair. The shedding was the first thing to improve and I’m now (month 3) seeing growth and thickness. Unsure if you can get it in Australia but I highly recommend it if you can!
I can relate to the hair loss and iron issue 😢. I thought it was postpartum hair loss but my baby is 18months now and I found out my iron is extremely low and I need an iron infusion. I’ve always had thick hair and at first I thought I was maybe just being dramatic but then it kept getting thinner and thinner and worse to the point of feeling stressed about washing and brushing it. Have tried quality hair products and taking collagen but hoping it improves when I get the infusion next week because I’ve never felt/experienced my hair like this
ig follower here 🥹❤️ thank you for being so honest and raw. i’m so sorry you went through the hair loss issue but i’m glad you’ve overcome it! 🫶🏻 would love to know how you structure/program design 🙏🏻
I ran alongside you and your Mum during the Noosa Marathon and followed your journey leading up to it, and I must say, I’m so glad we get more long form content from you on here!! Sunday’s are so much brighter. 🤍
Hi 🫶🏼 the same exact thing happened to my hair a few years ago because of anorexia and iron anemia. It’s better now, I receive compliments again on my hair and it feels so good knowing what it looked like before (you could literally see my scalp, I was extremely insecure about it) Basically what I did in therms of nutrition is taking iron supplements and brewer’s yeast in supplements and add some of it in my salads. I drinked a lot of water too In terms of hair care : I stopped dying my hair since it’s really not good for the scalp, I did some professional scalp cures with some products you have to put directly on your scalp BUT be careful, it burns the scalp cause the products are really agressive so I don’t really recommend this even if this works. Rosemary water and rosemary oil wasn’t a thing at that time and since I use it now, I think it’s more effective and more gentle for the scalp so I really recommend doing this instead --> spray some rosemary water in the morning and at night at the roots I used shampoos without silicones so it doesn’t suffocate my scalp, so I used shampoo bar which are more natural and let your scalp and hair « breathe » (you know what I mean haha). You can maybe find rosemary shampoo bar I think that’s it.. don’t put all your money on fancy hair supplements I don’t think it really works and it can damage your scalp pretty bad.. I send you a lot of love and a lot of courage knowing what it’s like to get through this, it’s so hard for a woman to lose her hair but don’t worry it will come back again 💜🌸
Such a nice vlog! Very brave to speak openly about your struggles with hair loss as well.
