According to someone very knowledgeable, the judge made the mistake yesterday saying to the prosecution that she is "trying to help" them with their sloppiness. Which in turn makes her seem bias to the prosecution that she is helping them. 🤷🏻♀️ Big no no!!

And Jeffery Williams filed for a speedy trial he’s the only defendant that filed for a speedy trial how can the state prosecute him again? They don’t have enough time. The judge stated this last time. Honestly, it’s time for the Georgia Supreme Court to step in. This is a real 💩 show!

You have a large group of friends from a neighborhood with known criminal activity in which some did do crimes even sometimes together but that doesn’t make them all guilt by association. It’s not a crime to know someone did a crime either as long as you didn’t order it or help cover it up. The state in a desperate attempt to crown Thug as some disorganized kingpin, waived actual criminal charges to get witness testimony when all they can testify to is their own actions.

New trial isnt guaranteed. If Kramer wins, this is over. If Fanny still wins with her personal and DA office trouble, she and DA wint have a case. If a mistrial without prejudice is granted, the speedy trial clock essentially starts over. The State would be permitted to try the case again.
