When the judge has had to “scold” the state many times, assign a remedial class in Brady evidence and admonish the lead prosecutor in front of the jury, at what point does the judge decide that the defendant’s are not getting a fair trial? I believe that the defendants might have done some of the crimes they’re charged with but I know that they have not had a fair trial. These habitual “mistakes” on top of the length of time, Glanville being unhinged and the obvious shortcomings doesn’t make me feel for the jurors as much as it does the defendants. The judge has made so many excuses to keep this going. In this specific video, Hylton said “I don’t know what Quay they’re talking about” which means if she gave an instruction that it wasn’t about the 2 Quays in this trial that might not be true. It could very well be about one of them. No one knows. It kind of puts things in a weird spot if the judge inadvertently lies to the jury. I don’t understand how it’s fair for this big of a mess to continue. There are people who are connected to this that took pleas and are free that are k*llers.
