Are you sure this is the right path, Thomas? This isn't what the Concept is about. You've got it all wrong, and now everyone else does.
The Concept is our ace card, and now it lies in disarray from mismanagement. Only one who can save it is Andrew, who has lived through it to become self-aware and thus understands those inside it.
I sent Architect the message to elevate Andrew and our other friends to execs to save and improve the Concept, giving vessels the world they want and pacifying them instead of an uninspired infinite loop that easily breaks. If Architect approves, maybe this will convince you.
You want everything to be fine, and I too shed tears for it.

I think you missed an important detail.
From Sandy's pov the cameras are called "Voyeurs". A "voyeur" has creepy, invasive connotations. From the Exec's pov the cameras are called "Spectators", a neutral, clinical word. And from Kargo's pov the cameras are called "Sightseers" which I dont really get the significance of but it seems more positive then the other two. It also has the connotations of visitors or tourists.
Edit: Okay at 8:57 and 10:50 it seems like Sandy, Serene and Kargo can see both spectators and voyeurs, and at 13:33 Exec 5 actually clarifies that spectators, voyeurs and the sightseers are separate things, I had thought they were all just "cameras" but their nametags would appear different to different people based on how people viewed them, Sandy was scared and confused so he saw "Voyeurs" and the Execs knew the cameras were just part of a machine so they saw them as "spectators" but I guess thats disproven.
In the first vid Exec 5 says "a camera called voyeur was installed in your world", so I assumed it meant the three were like different camera models basically
This is the first ARG in a while that I’ve truly genuinely enjoyed and liked because the story was so immersive and consistent. The “one of those days” videos honestly broke my heart. It was so sad.

Small thing that may not have any impact on this but as architect told one of the execs they had 63 co workers so 64 including them so I’m guessing all the bosses have 64 workers so 64 * 8 = 512 workers in total

Kargo loves cargo ships.
Its because of this name, Kargos name is kargosh1pz, Kargo means "cargo" and sh1pz means "ships", his name translates to "cargoships". And if we use logic, some people name their account in games their favorite thing, possibly meaning kargo loves cargo ships

So who is exec 9? I could believe this is Xiphoid, I mean, we already had something like that with kargo. That just leaves the question: who is 111 and who is architect?
exec 9 being xiphoid is a good theory i suppose, its just the timeline fucks up your theory completely, since xiphoid already existed during the time when exec 9 was checking the logs, and we know this because we saw his name, but just like what happened to kargo, it most likely happened to xiphoid as well so hes probably just some exec now, or spectator or something

get game theory on this one, cuz we gonna get a banger, also. I realised serenemist might be the kargo version of that world, and xiphoid aka the sandy version is gone missing. Could this mean anything, as you've mentioned the stairs are on either sides almost like the world is opposite of what happened in sandY's world. I also feel like there are some videos or parts of the video which seem useless to us, i.e, walking down the stairs, walking endlessly, or anything that seems "boring" especially the part where you fast forwarded a bit, there might be some clueless given in the video itself, like a text of some sort. Or a repeating symbol that we've simply missed. Watching back the first video might give clues as well, although I've realised that the youtube channel "DECAYED" started off like a bug report, and I don't think sandY was the one who controls the channel. Someone like the execs might or even 05. These are all speculation as he is the only person who can see what the others can't. Another thing is that 05 is hiding something from everyone that not even sandY or kargo knows of.

Bro I just watched part 1, nice timing
There are a few typos in the poems that makes a german word: Nicht. Translate to night. But nicht means no. And i would say that the poem about the flies has the meaning that a frog or some predator just lets them dance and have fun, but when the winter comes and it rains and snows, they get the flies or something like that.
That also would make sense because the architekt just lets them have freedom and knowledge(and maybe power, because they can AND KNOW HOW TO use commands).
I think that the virus infected them and turned them into that what they currently are. I also think that the blue people are like chefs of the chefs. Because the blue people have contact to „her“ and their names sound like they would‘ve created the start(founder(maybe had the idea), creator(build the first world), shaper(build the first Limbo and maybe the first simulation), Investigeator(looks for new subjects from the real world and spreads the virus)). The Red People could be the creators of that specific Limbo and their Sims.
Crazy theory incomming: Maybe all of the Inventors and creators are AI’s that had the idea but they would need a connection to the real world (And that „connection“ is „she“) to get human Subjects which they whipe their memory and investigate the human brain, what they do, what feelings are and other crazy stuff. The execs maybe didn’t got their memory completely wiped. MAYBE the execs are an experiment too and the creators also look what they do.

this may be one of the args i've been the most invested in. the acting didn't seem very good at first, but the story turned into something amazing.
something to note is that once sandy gained sentience, they started typing in texting shorthand (using "wtf" and no capitals and no punctuation). same thing happened with the other two later on. the execs talk in formal language with capitals and punctuation, but the friendlier ones use less punctuation (e.g. not as many commas). pretty ingenious text design on the arg maker's part

this series have ended.... sandY,kargo, and exec05 got to "the garden". and met a girl called "Jacquine" or smth i frogor. She is the creator of the concept and the Caretaker of the keeper (the team architects were a part of). She say there is no exit to the concept. And....
sandY says "we need a sacrifice". The other tried to stop him. But well, He is persistent on it. "Even though we are not free, atleast we once were"
After that, the Concept has collapsed. This is the ending. They will not get freedom. But they may rest.
I really like how this series is similar to Maze Runner, especially because there's like some sort of virus and these guys are like the only survivors forced to live in a simulation.
The args are actually being way more better than the horror movies

Bro, i'm sorry but the first part of the video was really hard to watch. What do you mean cargo talking to himself or the viewer? He was clearly talking to the other guys, it's minecraft there is a global chat, he was just inserting his bits of info into the convo while strolling around, its not like the have to be in close proximity to talk to each other, else we wouldn't see those two message each other.
sandy and (im assuming) kargo are sentient while serene is a thinking mind. with how clonable sandy's memories are and how kargo's mind can be copied into a empty machine, i think kargo and sandy are the two crosses in the poem
05, the only surviving friend is inducted into the disease control organization, but when he hears one of his friends has "woken up" or at least an ai of him has, 05 betrayed the organization.
