Really enjoying this so far. What I really like is the questions you guys are asking each other, almost acting on behalf of the viewer. So many tutorials just show how to do something and often skip over why you're doing it.
yes this is really awesome
I love this series. It will be huge once people realize the power of Unreal Engine
Glad you love it buddy
I'm finally working on a passion project I've wanted to do for ages, got a better computer so I downloaded ue5, and your series is perfect so far. Thank you for making it!
The two of you work really well together, and asking each other questions is extremely helpful.
Also I'm not sure what I did but my first world came as an open world, not sure what I could've changed with that
Oh my God, the tutorial series I've been waiting for since ages. I wanted to learn unreal engine for animations couple of years ago but couldn't work with it because of lack of the tutorials and guides, i think this will be possible now Thanks to you guys for that. I really wanted to learn about cloth physics, i hope you guys also covered it in this series. You nailed every basic step in this tutorial ngl i've been learning UE from past few days but didn't knew about these basic steps properly, you guys explain things clearly and in creative way keep this spirit up. Creating tutorials like these takes a lot of time and energy for that i THANK YOU guys again. 🙏
That is our goal ..To teach you all the basics in 20 videos in less than 8 hours ...After taking this beginner tutorial, you can then dive deep into more specialized routes of Unreal
You guys did a great job!! Love the both of you talking and asking questions.
thats a good one guys, i spend entire day today to get into basics and i am 100% goin to finish your course, hopefully after this it will be easier to start interior design in ue5
Your content is truly outstanding! It's been such an honor to witness the upload of this wonderful series. The creativity and effort you put into each video are truly impressive. Keep up the amazing work, and I can't wait to see what you create next!
Thanks to you guys I will switch to UE5 after I finish my horror game that I make in Unity. Plus I am focusing on a side project and learning UE5 to make a cinematic environment. It would be so good for a person to have this kind of teacher man. Love them.
Amazing work man ,this tutorial helped a lot
This is the most enjoyable series on unreal engine and the first time I'm excited to see the next video.
Couldn't expect this tutorial to be that useful!!! You're awesome!!!
Glad we could help
Today saw the two episodes loved the simple and easy language eagerly waiting for the 3rd episode to drop 🤘🏻
Meanwhile our wishes already came true 🙂
I NEED ALL THE CHAPTER PLSSSS!! I'm so stoked! Thank you guys!!!
20 videos in 10 days ..let's gooo
🤤
I´m waiting for next chapter!!... is amazing guys. I'm learning from 0. So this is a great tutorial, I just know how to use nomad sculpt. hopefully i will be able to use it with unreal engine 5. thanks
This is a great tutorial so far. I'm *impressed* in your clarity. I am absorbing this material like a sponge
Hahaha love that! See you tomorrow 💪🏼
Thank you guys for such detailed but at the same time engaging tutorial. Keep the high energy!👏
Absolutely my friend!! Which part of the tutorial are you at now?
@@badxstudio I’m in part 18, wondering if the tutorial is already complete or there are still any new video to come? As I can see that there are 2 more videos still no published in the list. Thanks again for the channel and the podcast that I follow.

You know I can't count how many times I have told myself I'm going to make a film in Unreal. I would start to learn everything and give up 2 days later. Thank you for making this.

Greatest gift this tutorials for me 🫶✨
Hahahah Love it! Can't wait to see what you create with it!
BTW, the middle mouse panning can also be done by clicking and holding LMB while already holding RMB. Loving the Tutorial so far.
Thank you guys!
Most welcome mate
wow it's really awesome . I will make my film with this guy with low budget
Im still compiling shaders, give me a min and I will move on with the tutorial.
Thanks for sharing this basic course of UE5, It's something that I was looking for = )
Note (15:00): You can cycle through the transform gizmo modes (i.e., position, rotation, and scale) by pressing the space bar instead of memorizing W, E, & R.
I've been using Fusion and Blender for some goofy (but very complex and sometimes advanced) VFX. Looking at this, it definitely looks like something I could do.
Switching between so many sets of shortcuts could get a bit tedious, though. I already have to readjust between Fusion's 3D controls and Blender's each time.
Game changer with the ability to increase/decrease camera speed while in motion with the middle mouse button 😻
دوستان دمتون گرم. توضیحاتتون عالیه. Keep it up😉
Merci Merci
🥰THANK YOU For This
Most welcome
Have you guys seen the cinematics and lighting in the original Blade Runner? Amazing. BTW, great job with the instructions.

You can use arrow keys too for panning around
Part 2 Ready
THANK YOU😍
Most welcome
@Bad Decisions Studio just a reminder if you hold "RMB + Mouse Wheel" that will also change your camera speed, You may have found this out later on in your Tutorials.
Note (18:35): Crtl + Shift + S is the keyboard shortcut for save all, the same effect as the button pressed at this point 🤘🏻
Thank you, when you gonna publish the next one?
Everyday we will post 1-2 episodes ❤️
I like this team 👍
😍
Thank you gents
omg! where is the next chapter!! :(( I am hooked and waiting with the cubes on fire!
hahahah 2 more chapters: Modelling Basics and Advanced will go up in a few hours
31:38 Mind blown 🤯. The lighting is incredible. I use Twinmotion which also has Lumen, but this somehow looks way better.
32:30 Is the fire basically a PNG image sequence? I mean, is it just video frames being projected onto flat planes with transparency, or is it actually 3D?
Chicken Head for Push scroll button move. I gues it matches 😄
داش عالیه ودیوهات
Farhad is asking as he wouldn't be a master himself 😃
But the concept works great
hahahaha glad that the role play is working
thanks for your tutorials !!
Why did my flame not burn only shows an image. When i press Play Start Simulation then it burns. but you dont press start in the tut :/
At 1:57 you point out the keystrokes showing real time. How can I enable this?
awsm
Legends
❤🙌😍
How to render VolumetricCloud animation? I rendered it, but it was freezing.
I'm new in UE. Do you help me please?
Thanks.
At 32:31 when I insert the fire, it doesn't show the fire. However, if I hit the play button then the fire shows. I hit ESC and the fire is gone. I am following step by step. Any help?
you guys are a godsend
8:36 When I spawned the cube I didn't get the 3 arrows, i got 3 rotational wheels
Пацаны ваще ребята :)) respect
I have oceans and mountains and my ground is sand color not checkered gray. I also get a rotating widget and not an arrow.
Hi which version of unreal engine did you use to make the tutorial?
5.3 recent version before 5.4 preview
I have no details pannel. Help. :( Thanks in advanced
Window → Load Layout → Default Editor Layout
Thx guys for this tut marathon but where is the same fire & smoke as in this video? in my Particles folder it's too basic not as in your video )))) Cascade Particle System (Legacy) not just Material... this is a bad decision for tricky chiki (
same no fire???
Yep
It came into the content drawer when I closed restarted computer and loaded the project... try that :)
WASD movement is turned off for me by default. where do i turn it on?
edit: for anyone else wondering, you need to go to edit on the top>editor preferences>scroll down to view ports>flight camera control type to change it
@32:16 P_Steam_Lit (Smoke texture on the right side) looks like a sad ass wall-facing baby hippo standing on two legs :v #weird
