    I’m blown away that a felon carrying a firearm would get off so easy and get probation. This is why he will do it again.

      Haven't you heard? it's the gun's fault. They are going to lock up his gun and turn him loose. No one there can figure out why the crime rate is so high.

      Locking people away for long prison sentences doesn't do anything to lower recidivism. In fact we have some of the longest average prison sentences and the highest rate of recidivism in the world.

    • @Tindometari
      @Tindometari 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I disagree. I think this guy makes Delete Lawz look like Clarence Darrow. 🙄
      If that weren't an obvious institutional setting behind him, I'd be wondering how many precourt bong hits he'd had. Since it is, I can only conclude it comes naturally.
      Of course, that just might be his actual home, with those bare white walls and window bars and whiteboard and camera ... but then that would suggest something else. I'm not sure exactly what, but whatever it is, it's not inspiring.

    The only thing that frustrates me about the way they handled this dweeb is that as soon as he denied being the defendant and the judge announced that she was therefore issuing a bench warrant, I'd like to have seen her say that the-guy-who-totally-isn't-Weems had no right to be in the court as he wasn't the defendant, and then throw him the hell out. :D

    OSG'S channel is great. I love the thought/text bubbles, great content.
    You're not chopped liver either :)
    ps, right at this minute on Thursday afternoon there is an interesting case in 3-B. An attorney we've seen before telling the judge she's never tried a death involved case. It'd be legally interesting to follow it through to conclusion.
    P.p.s. at the tail end of the 3-B last pretty trials on May 5, Judge Middleton tells a pretty awesome story about criminal line-ups.
