Respectfully, do you feel the obligation to possess a real estate license to live in your own home? What if you sold or rented it to others? How about then? Do you color your own hair or trim your husband's beard? If so, shouldn't you be required to obtain a beauticians/barber's license for the "privilege"? What about cooking in your own home? Shouldn't you be subject to random inspections by the health department just the same as restaurant operators are? If not, why not??? 🤔 QUESTION: Everyone knows that "driving" is a "privilege," but few understand why, do you? Does Mike?
Cops just need to go back to the days when if they ran into a unreasonable jack wagon like this they would say tell it to the Judge and leave it at that.
It's amazing the "authority" that people think they have, during police interactions: - "That is not a lawful order" - "You do need to" (call a supervisor) - "I'm not arrested right now" - "resisting means physical" He did just confess that "This is something I just learned" (that being this Traveling vs Driving nonsense) The only "dialog" he has any right to here, is the one with the Judge. The officers aren't here to debate feelings in the situation. Why do officers allow this going around in circles for such an extended period of time? 😒
Heard a man being arrested stating loudly. “Am I not a human man ? I am human sovereign citizen “ Everyone was looking at him like he’s a alien or a specimen Ebola in a Petri dish.
I think in most cases the reason for them to let it go on for so long is to allow backup to arrive. In almost all of these video's I have noticed the officers stop talking once he/she has more officers on scene. As a group, sovereign citizens are becoming more violent and radical. So assuming the person talking in circles is going to go peacefully is probably not a good idea. In this case though I would think the officer did not want to have to deal with the dogs, especially after the guy threatened them attacking.
@@waltermcgarvin8001 yes, they are becoming more violent ... Walter, do you agree w/me that they are anarchists? ... I fear that this is becoming a serious threat....

Hell, if I were a cop in this (or a similar) situation I’d exercise an abundance of caution and patience, too! IMHO, this cop handled it perfectly. Who can watch this video and still try to accuse him of any wrong doing?! Also, I agree with the other commenters here, too. Perhaps he was waiting for backup. Maybe he didn’t want to have to deal with the dogs (both during and after the arrest). More than likely it was a combination of all these things. I can’t believe how many ppl buy into this sovcit nonsense…but I sure am glad they do. I never seem to tire of watching these ridiculous videos! 😂😂😂
Impressed by this policeman's REFUSAL TO PLAY ALONG WITH THE SCRIPT. Don't know how many of these things I've seen with people waiting 30 minutes for a "supervisor" to show up.
Because there’s no such thing as a “travel license.” The cop himself confirmed no license is required to travel (on foot, on horseback, by rickshaw, etc).
I love the officer that call the supervisor and the supervisor came out ask him what he wanted. When he told him the supervisor said "and you need three officers out here for that, arrest him " and then he turned and walked off
He said that failure to ID was a secondary charge. The speeding was the primary charge. They often quote laws and statutes, but never understand the context of those laws and how they interact with other laws.
Dude the he-man clip had me rolling in laughter. This dude has a license and license plates yet is saying he doesn’t need them then why get them in the first place ? Clearly he knows he needed a license and plates that’s how he was able to buy the car and drive off the car lot
The problem is that response validates his original position, which is mistake. His original position about sovereign citizenship is in fact completely wrong.

Best advice I had in a wring class was a professor who put a blanket prohibition on using the phrase "the dictionary defines the word {whatever} as..." Dictionaries average usage not how someone is using it in any specific situation.
... law dictionaries are useful to 1st & 2d yr law students ... you find yourself straining to learn a new dialect: "legalese" ... Black's (& Ballantine's) define terms of art that allow the student to understand the classroom discussion ... by mid 2d yr, the law student forgets where he/she last put the book ... you notice, no lawyers or pd ever cite Black's....
"I'm doing everything by the law" - well by Black's Law...which as about as much legal authority as say the "laws" of playing Monopoly or something. Mike - do these folks post videos where a cop or judge actually lets them go? They really all need to get land and have a community with their own rules or something. Maybe that "Bear" guy can hook them up
Honestly - yes your plate is not legal but don't draw attention to yourself by going that fast. There is "keeping up with traffic" - honestly if the weather is ok who goes the speed limit on the highway - but going plus 15mph is crying LOOK AT ME to any speed trap cops
It is irrelevant anyway, since Black's Law almost never says what they claim it says. They are just blindly name dropping. May as well have said 'The Bible says.' Heck, they could even be saying 'North Carolina Law says.' They are actually attempting to cite a Supreme Court ruling but that also doesn't apply, lol
Yes - and do they really think this works? Are there videos where after saying their speech that the cop or court says "you are right?". They should purchase land somewhere - Montana maybe - and have their own commune...their own "reservation". Stay there - have their own "laws" - have an outsider who can legally drive on public roads if needed. Where are they getting that this is legal?
The Trooper showed some good patience, I was waiting on the window to go up, then busted. Hopefully this guy quits thinking all this nonsense after this. 👍
Mike, have you ever thought of just traveling into court and handing the judge a Blacks Law dictionary telling them they have no jurisdiction and due to those facts it is a mistrial. It is true that a cop CAN write a ticket based SOLELY off the license plate of a vehicle. However when the vehicle IS occupied, it is required that they identify the driver and issue the citation to the driver of the vehicle, NOT the owner of the vehicle which is the only information obtainable by a license plate check. This is why sometimes you'll have cops go back to their cars and look up the license plate of a vehicle.. when they come back they say the person's name. Often times when this happens they run the name and confirm the DMV photo of the person matches at which point they really don't need the person to identify. It is rarely done this way because it frankly takes far too much time to do it this way on every stop.

Why would you rather be arrested than simply present the license and take the $150 ticket?
There is some kind of mental illnes going on with these folks.

And he works and pays taxes. Pure idiot
If he cooperated with the cops he might have even gotten off with a warning.
Cops should just be allowed to taze these fools.
Chances are if he is respectful and cooperates, remorseful and understanding he gets a lot less than that. I have been pulled over with 86miles per hour in a 65 zone and gotten a ticket for not using my turn signal. I guess its all about how you bark into the forest.
WOW, surprising how much you and your presentation has changed (more professionally intensified) in just two years. Thank you Mike for your show.
I love when he says yes you can travel without a drivers license i.e walk
I am so happy, I currently have the following: Black’s Veterinary Dictionary, The Merck Veterinary Manual, Gray’s Anatomy, etc. So by the SovCit “idiotocrocy” ( Hey… if they can make up stuff, I can make up words. LOL) I can be a veterinarian and a people doctor ( Gray’s Anatomy). I can start a clinic in the Windy City area, and Mike can be my lawyer.

Mike might have to use the book of Judges from the Bible/Torah to get you free of charges then.

That's a good way to get a dog shot.

This police officer is really impressive. Calmly and politely does everything he reasonably can to obtain compliance. And yes, I’m concerned about the dog too.

Im so over ppl that feel laws don't apply to them...like they found a "loophole" that everyone else is too stupid to understand...
QUESTION: Everyone knows that "driving" is a "privilege," but few understand why, do you? Does Mike?
They learn this from politicians and actors pro athletes always getting away with breaking the laws.
Why do the cops debate with these people? It's a waste of taxpayer money.
4:48 I’m rather critical of the police these days but this officer is the epitome of professionalism.
This guy is not only crazy..he’s delusional! Such great entertainment 😁

Cops just need to go back to the days when if they ran into a unreasonable jack wagon like this they would say tell it to the Judge and leave it at that.

"I jut wunta kwo duh lal tooya"

What sort of dog owner purposely gets arrested? It’s almost as bad as the drunken veterinary student.
He admits speeding but argues that is was only 71mph, in his own recording. 🤣🤣🤣
Yes it’s beautiful 😂
😅😅😅
It's amazing the "authority" that people think they have, during police interactions:
- "That is not a lawful order"
- "You do need to" (call a supervisor)
- "I'm not arrested right now"
- "resisting means physical"
He did just confess that "This is something I just learned" (that being this Traveling vs Driving nonsense)
The only "dialog" he has any right to here, is the one with the Judge. The officers aren't here to debate feelings in the situation. Why do officers allow this going around in circles for such an extended period of time? 😒
Heard a man being arrested stating loudly.
“Am I not a human man ? I am human sovereign citizen “
Everyone was looking at him like he’s a alien or a specimen Ebola in a Petri dish.
It’s not it’s the same crazy we have always had.
@Gary T - “Why do officers allow this going around in circles for such an extended period of time?”
Have you not noticed how quickly *some* of the public immediately attack officers for abusing their authority, unnecessary use of force, racism, etc.?!
Just give him his new silver bracelets.🤣
Nah, make them pink furry ones, that'll ruin his street cred 🤣
Impressed by this policeman's REFUSAL TO PLAY ALONG WITH THE SCRIPT. Don't know how many of these things I've seen with people waiting 30 minutes for a "supervisor" to show up.
A good questionfor the officer in response to "I'm traveling" would be ok, let's see you travel license."
Because there’s no such thing as a “travel license.” The cop himself confirmed no license is required to travel (on foot, on horseback, by rickshaw, etc).
You’re under arrest. - Uh, no, but thank you for offering.
😂
I love when they refer to it as "Black Laws Dictionary." LOL!
😂
Oh. I want the only one who caught that
Exactly !..lmao.
I love the officer that call the supervisor and the supervisor came out ask him what he wanted. When he told him the supervisor said "and you need three officers out here for that, arrest him " and then he turned and walked off
The man's look when he asked for the supervisor 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Like "god damn it why did I have to pull this one over"
He said that failure to ID was a secondary charge. The speeding was the primary charge. They often quote laws and statutes, but never understand the context of those laws and how they interact with other laws.
They can't even understand that "employed in" can mean "engaged in"
Dude the he-man clip had me rolling in laughter. This dude has a license and license plates yet is saying he doesn’t need them then why get them in the first place ? Clearly he knows he needed a license and plates that’s how he was able to buy the car and drive off the car lot
Don't want to do business with the corporation, stay off corporation property.
Simple ideas...
The problem is that response validates his original position, which is mistake. His original position about sovereign citizenship is in fact completely wrong.
Guarantee he Carrie’s around the dogs as a deterrent to arrest, he literally threatened the officer saying “there’s three dogs in here that might attack you”
There's a supervisor at the station and the officer will be happy to take you to see him

I've used that too, you do have the right to walk, run, bicycle, skip, jump, unicycle, skateboard, roller skate, but operating a motorized vehicle is a privilege you have the right to earn.
What makes laugh is they say they understand and when the officer says you’re under arrest they say,”for what?”
I love this "why does this go straight to arrest?"
He gave him numerous options prior.
From what rock have these clowns crawled out from under. In the history of the driver's license, it was never just for commercial drivers.
Why anyone thinks a dictionary is a good place to learn the law is beyond me.
🤷♂️😂
Best advice I had in a wring class was a professor who put a blanket prohibition on using the phrase "the dictionary defines the word {whatever} as..." Dictionaries average usage not how someone is using it in any specific situation.
Yep, it's right up there with TH-cam Law School!😂
... law dictionaries are useful to 1st & 2d yr law students ... you find yourself straining to learn a new dialect: "legalese" ... Black's (& Ballantine's) define terms of art that allow the student to understand the classroom discussion ... by mid 2d yr, the law student forgets where he/she last put the book ... you notice, no lawyers or pd ever cite Black's....
For the inevitable person who says why didn't he just break the glass and pull them out. It's because he has three large dogs in his car
"I'm doing everything by the law" - well by Black's Law...which as about as much legal authority as say the "laws" of playing Monopoly or something. Mike - do these folks post videos where a cop or judge actually lets them go? They really all need to get land and have a community with their own rules or something. Maybe that "Bear" guy can hook them up
😂
Yup 😂
Yes - and do they really think this works? Are there videos where after saying their speech that the cop or court says "you are right?". They should purchase land somewhere - Montana maybe - and have their own commune...their own "reservation". Stay there - have their own "laws" - have an outsider who can legally drive on public roads if needed. Where are they getting that this is legal?
FINALLY! A cop that says you have the right to travel, not drive. They should all say this.
Love this video, your reactions are hilarious! Thank you!!
The Trooper showed some good patience, I was waiting on the window to go up, then busted. Hopefully this guy quits thinking all this nonsense after this. 👍
"I don't need a driving licence for driv- ee traveling!" ...yeah, sure, he knows very well what BS it is.
Mike, have you ever thought of just traveling into court and handing the judge a Blacks Law dictionary telling them they have no jurisdiction and due to those facts it is a mistrial. At that point you can citizens arrest the judge, file federal liens, issue a bill of lading and demand for restitution for your client under USC 4-20. I tell you this as the all powerful and honorable sultan Chris of the clan El-Bey all rights reserved... #FearTheFez

@4:25 "You have the plates, you can write the car a ticket". Sure buddy. I'm sure he can cuff the hubcaps too. Also, how does that play out in court when the "vessel" fights the ticket?
Judge: Road Vessel with North Carolina plates OU812, how do you plead? One beep for guilty, 2 beeps for not guilty and 3 beeps for "just traveling".
Car: 3 beeps
Judge: Damn! Looks like the road vessels have outsmarted us again.
Nice He-Man clip! I haven't seen that in years. I used to watch that every day after school in the 80's. Maybe the SOVCIT was traveling to Skeletor's pad? Given that he is "refrusin", and trying to have Blacks Law Dictionary dialog, it looks like Skeletor is going to be lonely.
😂
At least this guy doesn’t claim to be a Hobbit.
