As soon as he said he was a representative of so and so, the judge should have issued a bench warrant for failure to appear and just be done with him. Helps when you know that the US has 1,700 federal judges and over 30,000 states judges. While I'm sure most judges have heard of these court shenanigans by now, most have never actually faced one. Combine that with the number of cases they have daily with people who are drunk, stoned, uneducated, or simply oblivious and it can be hard to tell immediately whether the person they are dealing with needs help or is being intentionally obtuse.
Honestly, this guy sounds like he's in both categories. Yeah, he's being a pain, but he probably wasn't the brightest bulb before someone sold him the sov.cit. nonsense.

The time - and money - these people waste is infuriating. Those are -your- and -my- tax dollars being flushed down the toilet because the Courts entertain these clowns. Courts should immediately implement standard policy for such cases that would curtail these:
Insist you're not the defendent? Issue a bench warrent and/or threaten to arrest the person for identiy theft or similar charge.
Any such nonsense about 'jurisdiction' and 'bond' and such should be met with either 'that's not an issue for today' or 'that's not an issue for this court'.
Stackable contempt charges and prison time from about the third time such nonsense spills out of the idiot's mouth after said warnings.
